[Resolved] Vision Electronergy Pvt Ltd — Fraud company not given my payment | |||||
Hello sir, my name is Gyanchandra Gupta. i am from Mumbai.i order led bulb in Vision Electronergy Pvt Ltd with having amount 23500rs and i pay 100% payment as per there term and conditions on 7 november 2016 but still they are not delivered my order and they told me that we will delivered your material within this week but its going to 5 Months and not getting any feedback. When i call them they are not received my call otherwise say we are busy call after some time. And then they BLOCK my mobile number. Then i use to call with another no. to call them then he told me come to our office in Noida will give your payment. then i go to Noida at dated on 14th March 2017 and visit there Office on 17th March and i found that there is no office then i asked to many person on that area then finally one person i got he given me perfect address. then i visit there office there i found that only sales person was there . There sales person call to there director then he told me will pay you after March becouse its ending month Then i left from there office. Know its going to ONE month he didn't pay may payment and again he block my second Mobile No. Really he is very fraud man Please take a action with them i give some information about this compant. We have paid 30, 000/- to this company before 20days for LED TV 40" smart but they did not send our product or not send any tracking details we have called many time but no proper response from them and now they have stopped picking up the call,

sab paisa chut me chala gya moti hr aur daru me, daily inko chut aur daru chaiye, moti hr ki fad di inhone, ye hr head aur ek patla ka ladka daily chut marte, moti hr ki to md ne fad di bahut land mare, uski chut ka bhosda bna diya.

I Bhupendra Singh also Paid to him 6.80 Lac for purchase of LED Bulb in 2016 in his old factory B-48, Sector 63 Noida for procurement of 1000 pcs of each watt of LED bulb (02 year warranty) in the presence of Mr. Rahul & Mr. Ravi.
after got the payment these person are refuse my call & not deliver the material, more than 100 times i visit noida in his office but no response from them, after that they delivered the little qty 200 pcs of led bulb, which was the repaired bulb, these were very dusty, spitted & re-stamp on it. when we send these bulb send to market, after 15 days complaint start from market & material has to come from market,
When i talk to Mr. Pranjal for replacement, then he deny for any Replacement & guarantee & told me throw out in River. i was very shocked. what i do.
after that i make the pressure of him. he has to give me 02 cheque of 150000/- each. but that was bounced & stop payment. when i call to him that he say that i will pay your money, give me some time... so on..
Mr. Pranjal is most Fraud person of Noida & now my number blocked by him & no response from their side, i visit his office but H-107, office is closed.
the huge amount taken from Muthoot finance after deposit the all jewellery, take the personal loan & borrow from local market.
Is aadmi ne barbaad kar diya hame, or mere parivar ko,
My big amount use by him & not return. So i m registered the complaint on police.
