Vision Express — absolutely poor service to a foreign customer | |
Dear sir/madam I am a kenyan of indian origin. I placed an order for 2 spectacles and paid inr 28, 796.99 on tuesday 16th february, 2019 at your phoenix city mall outlet - shop no 19 6 a lower ground floor, bangalore. Your sales person vishnu served me. I had only one request prior to placing the order-that i was due to fly back on saturday 20th february and he was to take the order only if delivery was assured prior to that. Vishnu called someone and confirmed that the spectacles will be ready on friday 19th february. Now on february 19th, he calls to say that one of the spectacles is broken and he can send it to kenya at your cost. That will not work. Even if you send by dhl, it will attract duties and vat taxes when it arrives there. I am completely frustrated with your service and will never buy spectacles from you every again and will pass on this message to all my friends on my facebook page not to ever buy from your stores countrywide. If there was even a shred of doubt that a foreign customers order could delay by such situations, you should not have taken my order Please deliver one spectacle and make a refund for the second pair. I do not want you to send me anything by dhl whatever. The indian telephone number used on the bill is of my host in banglaore-sandip bhaduri-[protected] Frustrated.
