[Resolved] Vision Express — Vision express eye glass quality is really bad and service too

Dear sir,

I have taken eye glass from vision express with one year warranty. But within a year the glass color is changed. When asked to shopkeeper he said glass has been scratched. However, its not the scratch but the quality of glass made it fade.

While sold 2 months ago, it was told to us that the scratch resistants however there was a scratch in the specs in 2 months and they are saying that the lens needs to be replaced. we are store no 4407 sector 14 and the person here Sandeep is denying to take. an action
