Dear sir, I have taken eye glass from vision express with one year warranty. But within a year the glass color is changed. When asked to shopkeeper he said glass has been scratched. However, its not the scratch but the quality of glass made it fade. Pathetic customer coordination, poor service in chandra layout . had a bad experience with lady staff, I did not expect this from such big branded outlet.
