Vision Express — poor quality product

With in one week frame bend was noticed. Same was send to lab & they claimed it was rectified. After one time fold same complaint is repeated. Add on to that service deep scoring was found. Thank god i have not taken out from the show room.
They try claim it was happened due to mis handling. Truth was lab returned condition is wirh scor mark.
From july20.2017 problem was not solved. They are chits.

Dear sir i purchased frame & lenses in april 2017 from your malleswarram 560003 outlet for 6000rs, Frame has got a major quality issue since 3 months i am regularly following for replacement its in warranty period since 3 months they are not responding in the store kindly do needful work thank you
