Vision Express — Useless frame added to bill

My name is Eswara prakash, mobile no.[protected]. i request for new lens to my old frame, as that model was not available. The Jp nagar shop, Mr.Madu misled and added a frame, which is of no use to me to bill with cost of 599. Kindly arrange to refund taking back the frame.
