Every thing is fraud by vision pride real estate developers Till day they did not obtain any kind of permissions but plots are registered by corrupting Sub register office Staff...
As we seen lots of complaints seeing in this forum are 100 % correct both the partners of vision pride real estate developers Santosh Kumar & Vamsi Krishna are no 1 frauds in terms of cheating innocent people in the name lucky draw winners & Selling them unauthorized plots to innocents & Cheating them .
my self after several visits & several calls to this Frauds finally they registered plot of 132 sq. yards at kacharam village with survey no 167 .I paid total amount of 4 lakhs rupees to vision pride real estate developers in 2019 they promised me to provide the DTCP Approved plot with Malabar tree plantations along with club membership.
Almost 3 years completed till date i don't have position of my plot at said venture & more ever there is no permission from DTCP Nor Gram panchayat .
Two days back i visited the Site & enquired with Local Gram panchayat office they are saying that its unofficial layout. No one has given permission to vision pride real estate developers to put layout there. More ever these frauds are not only cheating innocents in the name of lucky draw but also Government authorities.
please find the photos of above said layout .I request each & every customer of vision pride real estate developers should approach police dept. & explain how they are cheating in the name of lucky draw winners...
