Hi friends Im Seetha Ram cheated by vision pride infra services they called me in july 2019 that i won Lucky draw copoun and informed me to come & collect along with my wife . Called & Harrased by their trained tele Callers.

Finally we went there office to collect the gift which is located in Raj bhavan road 3rd Floor we are shocked as there are 5 other couples also invited in same manner. Collected all our personal details at their reception counter and informed us to attend the 45 minutes presentation of their company then only they will give the Gifts. Me & My wife came all the way from Ghatkesar so we think at least will collect the Gift & go back That is the Big mistake we did.

They have well Trained Professional Cheaters giving presentation in One hall their others couples are forced to attend the seminar in pretext of gifts.

Initially they started explaining about club membership with various offers like domestic & international holidays for couples, Fitness club, Celebrity membership, well care Health cards from well care company, celebrity club passes for family day outing .At the end they offered us free open DTCP Approved plot at Kacharam Village Nr Govt School Alair Mandal of yadadri bhuvanagiri Dist. if we Buy membership of their company.

Trusted their words and made the payment from that day we called 1000 times no one is responding and several times we visited their office for registered documents every time they will come up with new stories and one day we received call and asked us to pay 35000.00 towards registration charges if we pay it will get registered in 2 days in nov 2019 in paid 35000 they not even given Receipt for that .

Again same after calling them 200 times no one is responded and their customer care team members are Big Frauds in terms of telling fake stories. Finally the plot Got registered in January 2020 and to give original documents again they collected 10k from us...Its almost 2 years there is plain land nothing is developed, Friends trust us there is no position of land, no plotting, no roads, no developments as per DTCP & its completely unauthorized plots they not even taken permission from Local panchayat authorities...

its almost 3 years completed till date no developments and when we ask they dont have any relevant Documents...Ever time we call they use to tell fake stories...Today there is no resale value because lack of developments ...And same was informed to vision Pride infra services they are giving answers in rude way... These frauds are playing with emotions of middle class

We kindly request concern Authorities of Directorate of town & Country planning Authorities to take action on this Fraud Company .

They are asked to fill the details of which car they use and what is their salary bracket. This is to get your financial worth and then get an idea how much amount can be extracted from you.

Soon these targets receive a call from typical "parrot type callers" who blabber what was taught to them. Their job is to keep on calling you with a luring offer of free gift that you have to collect from a "venue" with a strong condition to get your family along with you. Their main purpose is to get the female members of the house to their venue because they know that females can be easily trapped if they are shown big dreams and then will force the head of the family to purchase their time share scheme.

Once you are in the venue you will be showed presentations with a lot of fake promises that you will get;

Free land

Free international holiday

Free national holiday

Free transport and sightseeing

Free memberships to spa and other club facilities

Free usage of community hall for parties, etc.

Free star health insurance

Membership card to enjoy a week holiday in various 5 star and 3 star resorts which they claim to have tied up with

People get lured very easily with the above fake offers as they are taken to a virtual world in the venue that is far from the reality. The attendees in the venue are brain washed to such an extent that they already start to feel rich by imagining that they are now the owners of land, free access to elite clubs, going to foreign and Indian destinations with free 5 star facilities, free pick up, etc. With so many free facilities their typical Indian mentality of seeking free goodies takes over their common sense and they immediately hand over their credit card to the host.

This is where they make the first biggest mistake !!!

Once the credit card is in the possession of the host, they swipe it to the maximum extent by fooling you that the full amount will later be converted into EMIs. You get more overjoyed at this.

When you ask for agreement copy, it is not given to you but you are asked to sign the agreement in the venue without even reading the terms. Your excitement and intoxication of free goodies takes your common sense away and leaves little chance that you will not sign. A group of hosts will surround you and force you in such a manner that you will sign by any means. They promise to send the agreement copy with the membership card within 2-3 days, and you become happy.

This is your second biggest mistake !!!

Now you have become puppet in their hands with your money in their pocket and you left with no documentary evidence of payment or agreed terms. Soon you will receive calls of another great offer that you can get by paying something extra. You will be told that this offer is only for exclusive members and you are one of them. You feel very privileged and flattered with boosted ego and pay this amount also.

Now their job ends here and your job of chasing them starts.

Soon you discover that you have been cheated because you don't receive membership cards. Even if you receive these, you are not able to book holidays of the choice of your destination and dates. Soon you discover that the amount you paid has not been converted to EMIs and you are in financial crunch. Then you discover that the vision Pride infra services has no tie up with 5 star hotels and clubs and you cant to anything as you don't even have the agreement where this point is mentioned. You have no document that states all those promises that were thrown at you in the venue. The promised land is at such remote place where even tigers will not dare to venture. You learn this by hard way.

Your calls and emails seeking refund are never answered and you discover that all those tie clad staff in the venue have vanished. You are left alone without any help and assistance with lost money. You don't know what to do. The police does not help, the government does not help, you need more money to do follow up and file case in the court.

Soon you start to search in google and discover that you are not alone and there are thousands of greedy free goodies seekers like you who were trapped by vision pride infra services. You find various whatsapp groups and facebook posts. Different people suggesting different ways for their satisfaction like signing online petitions, writing to police, writing to banks, etc. But does it help? After wasting a lot of time and money you find that its very difficult to get back your money. When you visit the office of vision pride infra services they say that your payment is non refundable and you have signed agreement also with such clause.

After wasting many years in follow ups you file a case in the consumer court. Most cases are rejected as you had failed to file the case within the time limit of two years. You had avoided consumer case because you did not wished to pay more for making the case and attending hearings. But now you are in a position that you will never get your money as you delayed and got the doors closed for yourself, even if you are willing to pay.

The only way to get your money from the Vision pride infra services is to file case in the consumer court. To get back your money this is the only option. You will have to spend some amount in fighting in consumer court if you wish to get back your money from the Vision pride infra services. The more time you waste the more lost you will be.

It is up to you about what action you want to take. It is your money and your wish. We can only offer to help to recover your hard earned money.

Some important points to remember:

1. You cannot file group complaint in the consumer court as all members may have different amounts and different conditions of their issue.

2. You cannot get refund through FIR. But you can get the Managing partner of Vision Pride infra services arrested through FIR.

3. You cannot get refund without spending some amount in filing a case in the consumer court. So do not act as a miser. It is better to spend a little and recover the large amount. You get compensation and legal costs as well as your invested amount with interest in the consumer court.

4. Don't attempt to save money by making your own case papers. You need to take professional help as your money is at stake. The better the case papers the faster will be the judgment, else you will keep getting hearing dates.

5. You need to file case in the consumer court within two years of cause of action.

6. You will require proof of payment to the vision pride infra services. With this receipt or proof you can file the case even if you do not have agreement or other documents.

7. It is good to have record of your email correspondence with Vision pride infra services as evidence.

8. You can file your complaint against vision pride infra services to the consumer court at your city of residence under Consumer Protection Act, 2019.. The case can also be filed in the city where cause of action has taken place.

9. Consumer court case can be still be filed against vision pride infra services in the Consumer Court even if you have another case against vision pride infra services going on in the criminal or civil court.

10. If you do not have any documents or filed case in the Consumer Court after two years from the date of cause of action, then there are rare chances of your success. But even then its worth consulting experts by paying them as they will know loopholes to make your case fit for filing. You have no other options left over for recovery your money from vision pride infra services rather than filing your complaint in the consumer court. Lots of people have received their refund in this manner.

11. Do not try to copy case papers from someone else submissions (to save money) as your conditions, terms and situation may differ and you may copy wrong statements and wrong sections of the Consumer Protection Act on signed affidavit, which is a criminal offence. You may invite more harm than help as you would not be allowed by the court to change your statements and your case would be decided on whatever statements you have submitted.

Its almost 3 years completed till date there is no position forget DTCP norms they not developed as per Grampanchayat Norms ...Recently we came to know that there are no revelant permissions from concern authorities...& Same was taken with the company management but no one is responding & Every time they will tell you new stories and start blaming their ex employess ...

These guuys are master Minde cheaters ...Recently one of our known person told us about these frauuds ...earlier they chected lots of innocent couples in Country vacation & Golbal Taj pride services, Feel in air services...Both the Partners are earlier went To Jail on basis of cheating innocent couples in country vacation ...If Dont trust please Cross check with Panjagutta Police station records...

It was great scam vision pride is doing with customers by fishing.. saying gifts and other benefits by taking number at shopping malls and all. Once we reach to there office our family by using there all efforts and by mentioning so many officers and all without showing the land or plot or anything only based on a google map there are taking advance amounts. Where in agreement classes are mentioned non refundable. But by verbal they are giving the assurance of returning the amount even we have video of saying that we will return amount if you don’t like it.
As mentioned at the time of advance booking they are saying something and after few months taking to too much interior plots which are not worth and no use.
Here we are facing this issue from two years. We have paid 50, 000/- two years back and still they are not returning the amount and playing with us.
We will go for strong action against them.
Please resolve our issue.

Last year they called me in the name of gifts.
They started telling about their services.

While one person was explaining about the holidays and tours. He said like 4 coupons you will for entire years for in city outings and 1 week tour every years for package of 75k.
And also they said everything will be delivered to home. After that suddenly their manager came and asking how much we can pay. We told we don’t have any money right now. They said they have EMI options. They took my credit card and 25000 RS was transferred and they told check with your bank get it emi and we will pay you service charge.

Till now not even single coupan was given and no tour service was provided...

Please don’t fall in their trap...

Please take their gifts and leave & If possible please lodge a police comaplaint...or Dial 100

Santosh kumar is big fraud...Cheated lots of innocent people .

Hi friends Im gangani Sudershan cheated by vision pride infra services they called me in july 2019 that i won Lucky draw copoun and informed me to come & collect along with my wife . Called & Harrased by their tele Caller .

Finally we went there office to collect the gift which is located in Raj bhavan road 3rd Floor we are shocked as there are 5 other couples also invited in same manner.Collected all our personal details at their reception counter and informed us to attend the 45 minutes programme of their company then only they will give the Gifts. Me & My wife came all the way from Tandur so we think atleast will collect the Gift & go back That is the Big mistake we did.

They have well Trained Professional Cheaters giving presenataion in One hall their others couples are forced to attend the seminar in pretext of gifts.

Initailly they started explaning about club membership with various offers like domestic & international holidays for couples, Fitness club membership, Health cards from well care company, celebrity club passes for family day outing .At the end they offered us free open DTCP Approved plot at Alair village if we Buy membership of their company.

Trusted their words and made the payment from that day we called 1000 times no one is responding and several times we visited their office for registered documents every time they will come up with new stories and one day we received call and asked us to pay 35000.00 towards registration charges if we pay it will get registred in 2 days in nove 2019 in paid 35000 they not even given Receipt for that .

Again same after calling them 200 times no one is responded and their customer care team members are Big Frauds in terms of telling fake stories.
Finally the plot Got registered in january 2020 and to give original documents again they collected 10k from us...Its almost 2 years there is plain land nothing is developed, Firends trust us there is no position of land, no plotting, no roads, no developements as per DTCP & its completely unauthorised plots they not even taken permission from Local panchayat authorities...

Recently we came to know that Both Partners of Vision Pride real Estate Developers T Santosh Kumar & V Vamshi krishna are earlier cheated lots of innocent people in same way in Global Taj pride services & Feel in Air Services which was located at suraj Trade center in Attapur.

We kindly request concern Authorities of Directrote of town & Country planning Authorities to take action on this Fraud Company .

Also Requesting CREDA & RERA Authorities should take action on this Frauds for selling Unauthorised plots.

Hi Friends My Name is Bandela Geetha customer of Vision pride Infra services Invited me along with my Husband that we won Lucky draw prize @ their somagiguda office.

Trusted them and went their to collect the Gift and asked us to attend the 45 minutes presentation and explained about their comopany memebership offeered free plot of 110 square yards if we buy their company membership beliving their words we made a payment in august 2019 & promised registrered documents in 45 days of time...

we called after 45 days to collect the documents from that day they started telling fake stories and keep on postponing day by day ...till march 2021 finally they registerd a plot in diffrent location ...Finally we taught that atleast we received the documents ...

All stories are fake nothing is provided all are fake including their fake Health Card oe WELL CARE & Celebrity club passes...

They told us that they will give plot in DTCP Approved plot and showed us Layout with DTCP logo ...I kindly Request all Memebers of Visionpride infra services & Vision pride real estate developers Check your plots nothing is Developed and plots are not in position in till date...They sold us unauthorised plots its not Approved by DTCP & we qouestioned same with their Cuatomer Care Manger Mr.Naresh Kumar who is also Big Fraud and tell Fake stories...

Please we all should From one Group & Shouid give complain in Ditrectrote of town Planning and request them to take necessary action on these frauds...

Hi Friends we are also victims of Vision pride Real estate developers & Vision pride infra services both are same companies operating by Master Minded Santosh Kumar Tummuluri & Vangaloori Vamshi Krishna Both are Frauds cheated lots of innocent people in Global Taj pride services collected Huge amounts froms innocent people & Left the organasation .Slowly started this company and calling innocent people in the name of gifts and lucky draw copoun .

and selling them un authorised plots which are not approved by Govt and also using Dtcp logo illegaly and collecting the deposits from the customers .same way we also cheated by these frauds in march 2020 they registered 110 square plot in alair village ...Till date there is no plotting & position of our plot & when we went to their office to enquire them their Customer care Manager Naresh Kumar is telling fake stories from past 1 year...
We also tried to make police complaint on these frauds but they are not taking and sending us back to their office, We came to know that they are managing Sector Si & Admin Si by Monthly Mamool...

Vision pride real estate developers is also fraud company recently we seen in paper that they are involved in Illegal layouts selling by showing DTCP logo ...

Please help us from these Frauds ...

First these Frauds are hire some innocent youth and deploy them at Various Selected Shopping Malls and Petrol Bunks in Hyderabad and Tell them to collect The Customers contact details on Daily Basis and Handed over them to Their Tele calling Team.

There is Well trained Tele calling lead by One Manger who will be given Daily targets to Call and put pressure on innocent people explaining them that they were won some gifts and ask them to come and collect the same from their office from raj bhavan Road Hyderabad.

Innocent Couples are Thinking That they really won some Gifts Trusting them and going there to collect the gifts. Once they reach their office in the reception they take all details and ask them to switch of the mobile phones and attend the seminar of 45 minutes then they will gifts.

Again they have well Trained Sales executives Lead by Santosh Kumar and Vamshi Krishna who will Lure the Innocent couples to Buy the Membership, Domestic holidays, Star Health insurance, Fitness club Membership for one year and Finally comes up with DTCP PLOTS but these frauds Are selling Undeveloped Plots with zero Developments.

To Attract more and more customers these Frauds will give you multiple Instalment offers and make them to pay initial payments Ranging from 25k to 50k .After that they will not follow up these customers because they want these Instalments customers money can use interest Free .

Why these frauds are Requesting innocent couples opt for Emi offer is there Main Agenda is collect more Money from more customers because now a days 25 k to 50 k is normal amount .

At the time of collecting the payment they will tell you lots of good stories but when any one ask for refund and cancellations then they will show their Real faces and gives you refund in Instalment basis.

One more thing if any customer makes Full payment then also they will take 45 days time to give them Registered documents that's too they will try to post pone with various false stories. Please understand If they are Really Genuine there is no need of 45 days time to get the Registered documents its hardly 4 to 5 working days ...Just imagine how these Frauds are Making fools lots of innocent people.

One executive received them and taken to 3RD FLOOR of their office .My Daughter was very much anxiety for collecting Gifts. The office Is fully decorated with Colourful Balloons so every one think that really they are celebrating the Anniversary that's why they decorated but its Totally Fake and Fraud.

Receptionist Take all our Personal Details and told us to Switched off our Mobile Phones And need to attend the 45 minutes Presentation and Then they will The Gifts .They Agreed and Taken to one Hall were They are Playing Music and Decorated with Colour Full Balloons. Once we Seen Around that Hall we Our Mind indicating us It is Completely Fraud. Because they are Calling 25 to 30 couples Daily How come it Lucky Draw Prizes.

They have Well Trained Sales Cheaters who will Explain about Their Company Products Club membership with Domestic Holidays To Attract the innocent couples they will Tell you that They will Give you Star Health Insurance, Domestic Holidays, And some Gifts which are Not More Than 300 Rupees Worth. And finally These Cheaters Will Come up with Open DTCP plots Which Far away from Hyderabad Almost 70 Kilometres.

To Build Trust in you they will Explain like Anything That they will Build Gated Community With all Developments With Electricity .Some Times they even Tell you That They will Buy Back in Future if you Don't Need. And Gives you Various Instalments Offers . Like These Frauds are Collecting Initial Payments from lots of innocent people and cheating them by using their Hard Earned Money.

Our Daughter asked for their DTCP Approval and RERA Registration of their Company and Requested for Old Venture and recent Sold Venture Videos With Proper Documents They are Not Showed and Trying to Escape.
