I would like to raise a serious concern regarding a fraudulent company that has been contacting people, claiming they have won a lucky draw gift. The company presents a fake story about a supposed "last-day offer" related to holiday packages and land registration. However, please be aware that this is a scam, and everything they say is fake.

Every thing is fraud by vision pride real estate developers Till day they did not obtain any kind of permissions but plots are registered by corrupting Sub register office Staff...

As we seen lots of complaints seeing in this forum are 100 % correct both the partners of vision pride real estate developers Santosh Kumar & Vamsi Krishna are no 1 frauds in terms of cheating innocent people in the name lucky draw winners & Selling...

I am Also cheated by this frauds they called us in the name of lucky draw winner & Told that they are into Real Estate business and showed us others layout posing that it belongs to them .But in ground reality that layout is not belongs to them & more ever they cheated lots of innocent couples in the name of dtcp layout ...But these Frauds are not even take permissions from even Gram panchayat...As we enquired with them with local gram panchayat...

I Got call from vision pride infra services on 29th august 2019 saying that we won lucky Draw winners on their company 5th anniversary . Continuously Called for 5 days and finally we went to collect the Gifts on 5th august 2019 they said that we need to attend the seminar for 45 minutes then only they will hand over the Gifts. We went into one hall were lots of tables with loud music is on & there are other couples are also invited in same...

We also invited in same way that we won Lucky draw winners on their company anniversary in july 2019 asked us to attend the presentation of their company they explained about their company membership along with third party services like Celebrity club resort passes, Well care health cards, Domestic & International Holidays & Vision Pride life membership with Royalty offers explained by their representative Mr. Srinivas reddy Trusted their words i made payment of 75000/- immediately from my credit card 26/07/2019 they provide me membership no VPIS M01138 Which is waste & not in use.

After that till date they not even provide single services to us & Every time when we request they comes up with new stories & False promises...We are fed up with this fraud company & When we insist to Refund they are not responding & There response is unprofessional by their customer care team...

I kindly request to all please don't Trust These Frauds words they need only payment from each & every customer who will come to their office to collect the Gifts ...Its A trap in the name of lucky Draw coupons.

Need to file a criminal Case on shopping malls who are giving permissions to do such illegal activities by collecting personal information.

There is no Realty in vision Pride infra services every thing is fraud as people said ...Me also invited same way in the name lucky draw coupons winner & Free Gifts in 2019 .

They Hired Parrot Type callers who will continuously calling & Harassment from them till you go there & Collect the Gifts that is tooo lots of conditions like you need to keep you your phone silent, You should attend the 45 minutes presentation only couples will allowed to collect the gifts...Their main target is to cheat innocents in the name of Club membership, Celebrity club passes, Well care health cards & Star Health Insurance, Domestic Holidays, International Holidays & finally comes up with Vision pride life membership along with DTCP Approved plots only on Boucher they will show lots & collect amount from innocents .

same way i also paid 100, 000.00 one lakh rupees from my credit card 14 th august 2019 its almost 3 years completed Till date these guys not showed my plot nor developed the layout simply enjoying with my money as several times we called & visited their office but no use...

Nor provide single services from these frauds & They provided me membership id no VIPS M01214 Which is waste & no in use ...

My only question where is position of my plot & where are developments when you promised at the time of payment...…

Its really Ridiculous by vision pride infra services its almost 3 years collected payment from us & Till date they did not showing where is my plot & Services are zero i never seen such worst customer care ...

My self Feeling shame to tell that im also invited in the name of lucky draw coupon to there office i several times requested their tell calling team not to call me they irritated me till me & my Wife finally went there to collect the gifts .Same story of 45 minutes presentation same well care health cards, Celebrity club passes, Vision pride infra services 5 years memberships with domestic & international holidays..& Finally Gated community DTCP Approved plot with all best class amenities explained by one Mr. Saddam Immediately we paid amount of ruppes 1 lakh on 13/07/2019 from my debit card ...He also Promised vision Life member ship along with the plot...

Feeling to shame to say that till date they not showed my plot position & zero developments from these guys.

Several times we visited & Called their office numbers but no use..

They also provided me with membership no VPIS M01102 Which is waste & nothing in use...

I kindly request please don't trust these guys words they are Habituated of cheating innocents in the name of lucky draw coupons …Its totally fake & these guys will give cheap gifts which are not more than 100 rupees ….

Also my Request if you ask any valid documentation they will not show you & Tell lots of lies ...

Till date there is no developments & my plot position is not handed over by Vision pride Infra Services.

They invited me in the name of lucky draw coupon in the month of august 2019 & try to sell club membership with domestic & international holidays also give some waste services like celebrity club passes & well care health cards but we denied and they come up with DTCP Approved plot if we purchased then they will give 5 years holiday package for my family trusted these words we payment of 3, 20, 000/- three lakhs twenty thousand from my debit card on 03/8/2019 they Given membership id vpis M01163 ...Its almost 3 years completed till date they not handed over plot position & there is no DTCP developments every thing is fake including Lay out they not obtained any permissions form concern authorities...

Every time when we visit their office they simply tell all fake stories about their ex employees & Try to Drag the promises no its almost 3 years completed but not even single service is provided by vision pride infra services ...

The worst customer care team & every one is fraud they are very much interested in cheating innocent couples in the name of lucky Draw with cheap gifts...

My only Request is please don't trust these frauds & Do go to collect the gifts...Its a Big trap...

I am also cheated in same way told us that we are lucky winners on their company anniversary and invited for gifts & explained about their company membership with various offers like celebrity's club membership, Well care health cards, Domestic & International Holidays 5 days & 6 nights that to we need to pay 7000 rs annual maintenance charges to Redeem that.

Finally they comes up with Open plot with All developments & DTCP Approved i got convinced by their Sales executive and immediately i paid amount of 50k through my debit card on 3/08/2019 .Total deal was 235000, 00 ( Two lakhs thirty five thousand including Registration charges )

They provided a membership no VPIS M01165

Till DATE they not given position of my plot and developments are zero & more ever they not take any permissions from govt & Local authorities.

Simply made color full brouher with DTCP Logo and showing to innocent couples & Cheating them ...

Entire Management including there customer care every one is fraud Fellows..

My self also cheated same way in the name of lucky draw winner ...& invited to collect the gifts from there office trusted their words we went to collect the same from their office located at Rajbhavan road 3rd floor .

After Reaching their office one executive came and told us to switch off our phones and asked us to attend the 45 minutes presentation .

We agreed that & accepted for presentation and went into one hall .once we entered the Hall we are shocked to see there are lots of other couples also invited in the same manner.

I questioned same with their manager he said some thing fishy answer .

Their executive slowly stared explaining about celebrity club passes, Domestic holidays, International Holidays, Vision pride life membership & Finally they came up with DTCP Open plot of 110 square yards if we purchase the membership of their company.

Their executive promised us lots like they will developed with black top roads, under ground drainage, water connection for each plot, Children park area and other amenities..

Trusted their words we made 100, 000.00 rs cash on 21 aug 2019.
They given my membership no as VPIS M01237.

Forget above developments & promises its almost 3 years completed till date they not showed where is my plot this is the situation of Vision Pride real estate Developers every time some new story they will tell.

More ever recently we came to know that Both Directors are fraud in making Illegal Layouts they will not take any permissions from local authorities & DCTP but they will use Concern authorities logos & cheating innocent people in the name of Open plots...

My Humble request please these guys are no 1 frauds in Hyderabad who are selling illegal plots to innocent couples in the name of lucky Draw..

Totally Fraud by Vision Pride infra services we also invited as lucky draw winner on their company anniversary in the month of august 2019 and told us they are offering open DTCP plot for lowest price at 1, 65, 000.00 ( one lakh sixty five thousand rupees only) we trusted them and made payment immediately 1, 25, 000.00 through debit card & balance 40, 000.00 in cash mode on 03/ 8 /2019 .After one month they called us told to pay 350000/- towards registration amount for which they not even given receipt...& told us that the registration documents will come in couple of days form there they started telling different Stories …Now its almost 3 years gone till date they not even shown us our plot & Developments every time they are telling false stories ….We almost reached their office to contact them but every time they will say that directors are out of station.

As we came to know that Vision pride real estate developers are involved in illegal layouts with obtaining permissions for concern authorities they are selling to innocent people...

After several followups & Several calls to their office no one is responding our calls & every time they will tell lies & Fake stories like that they will simply time pass.

Finally we Got the Documents after several months our document no is 30517 / 2019 but not in use beacuse till date we are not in posotion & company has not handed over plots nor developed single inch...

Recently we came to know that Vision pride infra services / Vision pride real estate developers not obtained any permissions from DTCP or Local Gram panchayat .

After several visits & several calls finally they registered plot after several months ...We felt very happy that we got the documents soon its vanishes after seeing the plot developments & other developments we find only 4 pudding stones these frauds till date they developed nothing & every time they are telling silly stories by their customer care manager .

Now we are in dilemma How these frauds cheating innocents in the name of lucky draw prizes...

Vision pride infra services cheated us with illegal plots in illegal layout @ sarajipet .

They called us told that we won Lucky draw prizes in their company anniversary & asked us collect the same from their Rajbhavan Road office which is located at 3rd floor kotis court . Trusted them & went to collect the same free of cost but when we reached their office their receptionist told us to attend the presentation of their company for 1 hour by switching of the phones. We taught that presentation is about their company products but their had well trained sales team sitting inside one hall & we are shocked see other lots of couples invited in same way .

They tried to sell domestic holidays & international holiday with their company membership along with other paid services which are not owned by them for ex...Well care health cards, Celebrity club passes, gym & other services...finally they showed DTCP Open plot at Sarajipet village with Various developments like Black top roads, Underground drainage, Teak wood plantations, swimming pool with lots of other amenities...Trusted their words we made spot payment of ruppes of 2 lakhs on 08/07/2019 through debit card, 2 lakhs ruppes through on line transfer & 70, 000/- cash payment collected by executive on same day...Our bad time starts from that day onwards .

Called so many times & visited their office so many times Santosh kumar & customer care Manager told lots of fake stories after several months we got our documents but recently we came to know that the entire layout is illegal & with out permissions...

We got a call of lucky draw and told to collect it form office anniversary celebrations of company when went there they told to wait for 45 mins presentation and offered plots and packages we said no interest and collected the gifts when we open it after coming out of gate it was very cheap just 30-40 rs i spent more than 300 Rs for fuel to come to attend it waste of time.

We are facing the issue from two years they mentioned that they will refund if site is not acceptable.

Vision Pride infra services is not responding on madgul Layout which is removed by government authorities its almost 1 year govt has removed entire layout because they not taken any permission form Gram panchayat nor DTCP authorities but they are using DTCP Logo & Fooling customers...

Government authorities issued notices to management of vision pride infra services instead of taking permissions from government they are corrupting...

The Managing Partner Mr Tumuluri Santosh Kumar has a strategy to accumulate wealth by frauds and cheating common middle class Hyderabad citizens. The strategy is to plant young students in malls and crowded areas who approach the visitors with an offer of lottery or free gift coupon. As most Hyderabadis get attracted to free goodies they easily fall into the trap of disclosing their phone number and personal details. They are asked to fill the details of which car they use and what is their salary bracket. This is to get your financial worth and then get an idea how much amount can be extracted from you.

Soon these targets receive a call from typical "parrot type callers" who blabber what was taught to them. Their job is to keep on calling you with a luring offer of free gift that you have to collect from a "venue" with a strong condition to get your family along with you. Their main purpose is to get the female members of the house to their venue because they know that females can be easily trapped if they are shown big dreams and then will force the head of the family to purchase their time share scheme.

Once you are in the venue you will be showed presentations with a lot of fake promises that you will get;

Free land
Free international holiday
Free national holiday
Free transport and sightseeing
Free memberships to spa and other club facilities
Free usage of community hall for parties, etc.
Free star health insurance

Membership card to enjoy a week holiday in various 5 star and 3 star resorts which they claim to have tied up with

People get lured very easily with the above fake offers as they are taken to a virtual world in the venue that is far from the reality. The attendees in the venue are brain washed to such an extent that they already start to feel rich by imagining that they are now the owners of land, free access to elite clubs, going to foreign and Indian destinations with free 5 star facilities, free pick up, etc. With so many free facilities their typical Indian mentality of seeking free goodies takes over their common sense and they immediately hand over their credit card to the host.

This is where they make the first biggest mistake !!!

Once the credit card is in the possession of the host, they swipe it to the maximum extent by fooling you that the full amount will later be converted into EMIs. You get more overjoyed at this.

When you ask for agreement copy, it is not given to you but you are asked to sign the agreement in the venue without even reading the terms. Your excitement and intoxication of free goodies takes your common sense away and leaves little chance that you will not sign. A group of hosts will surround you and force you in such a manner that you will sign by any means. They promise to send the agreement copy with the membership card within 2-3 days, and you become happy.

This is your second biggest mistake !!!

Now you have become puppet in their hands with your money in their pocket and you left with no documentary evidence of payment or agreed terms. Soon you will receive calls of another great offer that you can get by paying something extra. You will be told that this offer is only for exclusive members and you are one of them. You feel very privileged and flattered with boosted ego and pay this amount also.

Now their job ends here and your job of chasing them starts.

Soon you discover that you have been cheated because you don't receive membership cards. Even if you receive these, you are not able to book holidays of the choice of your destination and dates. Soon you discover that the amount you paid has not been converted to EMIs and you are in financial crunch. Then you discover that the vision Pride infra services has no tie up with 5 star hotels and clubs and you cant to anything as you don't even have the agreement where this point is mentioned. You have no document that states all those promises that were thrown at you in the venue. The promised land is at such remote place where even tigers will not dare to venture. You learn this by hard way.

Your calls and emails seeking refund are never answered and you discover that all those tie clad staff in the venue have vanished. You are left alone without any help and assistance with lost money. You don't know what to do. The police does not help, the government does not help, you need more money to do follow up and file case in the court.

Soon you start to search in google and discover that you are not alone and there are thousands of greedy free goodies seekers like you who were trapped by vision pride infra services. You find various whatsapp groups and facebook posts. Different people suggesting different ways for their satisfaction like signing online petitions, writing to police, writing to banks, etc. But does it help? After wasting a lot of time and money you find that its very difficult to get back your money. When you visit the office of vision pride infra services they say that your payment is non refundable and you have signed agreement also with such clause.

After wasting many years in follow ups you file a case in the consumer court. Most cases are rejected as you had failed to file the case within the time limit of two years. You had avoided consumer case because you did not wished to pay more for making the case and attending hearings. But now you are in a position that you will never get your money as you delayed and got the doors closed for yourself, even if you are willing to pay.

The only way to get your money from the Vision pride infra services is to file case in the consumer court. To get back your money this is the only option. You will have to spend some amount in fighting in consumer court if you wish to get back your money from the Vision pride infra services. The more time you waste the more lost you will be.

It is up to you about what action you want to take. It is your money and your wish. We can only offer to help to recover your hard earned money.

Some important points to remember:

1. You cannot file group complaint in the consumer court as all members may have different amounts and different conditions of their issue.

2. You cannot get refund through FIR. But you can get the Managing partner of Vision Pride infra services arrested through FIR.

3. You cannot get refund without spending some amount in filing a case in the consumer court. So do not act as a miser. It is better to spend a little and recover the large amount. You get compensation and legal costs as well as your invested amount with interest in the consumer court.

4. Don't attempt to save money by making your own case papers. You need to take professional help as your money is at stake. The better the case papers the faster will be the judgment, else you will keep getting hearing dates.

5. You need to file case in the consumer court within two years of cause of action.

6. You will require proof of payment to the vision pride infra services. With this receipt or proof you can file the case even if you do not have agreement or other documents.

7. It is good to have record of your email correspondence with Vision pride infra services as evidence.

8. You can file your complaint against vision pride infra services to the consumer court at your city of residence under Consumer Protection Act, 2019.. The case can also be filed in the city where cause of action has taken place.

9. Consumer court case can be still be filed against vision pride infra services in the Consumer Court even if you have another case against vision pride infra services going on in the criminal or civil court.

10. If you do not have any documents or filed case in the Consumer Court after two years from the date of cause of action, then there are rare chances of your success. But even then its worth consulting experts by paying them as they will know loopholes to make your case fit for filing. You have no other options left over for recovery your money from vision pride infra services rather than filing your complaint in the consumer court. Lots of people have received their refund in this manner.

11. Do not try to copy case papers from someone else submissions (to save money) as your conditions, terms and situation may differ and you may copy wrong statements and wrong sections of the Consumer Protection Act on signed affidavit, which is a criminal offence. You may invite more harm than help as you would not be allowed by the court to change your statements and your case would be decided on whatever statements you have submitted.
