I have purchased 50mbps plan with 1year subscription, in which initially they told me to provide 1 more month as free, so total plan duration was 13 months.
Current issue: Internet is not working from last 2 weeks, and for this multiple complain has-been raised, but no response.
Almost 11 months completed using the internet services of this company and i feel that every 2-3 weeks i have to customer support team for complaint, i am summarising high level issues as below.
- Complaint resolution time is very high, usually they take at least week for minor issues, and for major issues i have experienced 3 weeks of outage multiple times.
- Payment receipt has clearly mentioned that subscription is for (12+1) months, though their portal shows the plan duration is of 12 months only.
- As of now this company is merged with GTPL, and i am not able to contact them directly, GTPL customer support is just creating new tickets and not providing any solution.
- Just to summarise, in last 11 months of my usage of this connection, i have experienced that from that 11 months, almost for 2 months internet was totally not working, so there is no meaning of purchasing any long term plan with them Was this information helpful? |
