Hello Team,
I took an internet connection from Vision Smartlink Networking Pvt. Ltd. on 17 April 2021 and paid Rs.12000 but did not get an internet connection for the last 3 months. I have tried to contact the internet connection provider but didn't get any response from them. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem.

        I have purchased 50mbps plan with 1year subscription, in which initially they told me to provide 1 more month as free, so total plan duration was 13 months.

        Current issue: Internet is not working from last 2 weeks, and for this multiple complain has-been raised, but no response.

        Almost 11 months completed using the internet services of this company and i feel that every 2-3 weeks i have to customer support team for complaint, i am summarising high level issues as below.

        - Complaint resolution time is very high, usually they take at least week for minor issues, and for major issues i have experienced 3 weeks of outage multiple times.

        - Payment receipt has clearly mentioned that subscription is for (12+1) months, though their portal shows the plan duration is of 12 months only.

        - As of now this company is merged with GTPL, and i am not able to contact them directly, GTPL customer support is just creating new tickets and not providing any solution.

        - Just to summarise, in last 11 months of my usage of this connection, i have experienced that from that 11 months, almost for 2 months internet was totally not working, so there is no meaning of purchasing any long term plan with them

          Ridiculously Inferior Service.

          Plan: 60 Mbps & Paid 6490 Rs

          I took my connection from this company on June 24, 2021. The first week of their service was good. After the first week of their service, the internet was down almost every day for the minimum time of half-hour to one hour. But that's not it. No website will open in their connection. So, that's a server problem from their side. And most important for me is that in every game 100% packet loss is there (that problem isn't solved till now and also it's a server problem from their side). I called so many times to solve my problem or refund the amount I paid but they said that we'll not refund your money even if the service is bad and will try to improve the service (That's a 100% scam).

          Paying full money in advance for such a pathetic service, these are big-time thieves and liars who have eaten the CUSTOMER's money and sitting on it for the longest time, they don't even provide a refund if the problem not solved.

          The CUSTOMER care staff has been taught 3 lines to say to the CUSTOMER repeatedly. Neither are they able to resolve the issue nor share the contact details of their manager or the owners. they just leave you helpless after you have paid the full amount of the membership. They just sit on the CUSTOMER's money without providing service to them and torturing continuously with the disconnected Wi-Fi and the CUSTOMER has to keep calling them to get it fixed.

              This company provides the worst internet service. Most of the time the internet is down. They take big charges from the customer and provide the worst service.
              They even don’t have the refund policy. Very disappointed.

                Ridiculous service !
                The cyclone Taukte hit the Ahmedabad city on the 18th of May 2021. Today the date is 7th of June 2021. It's been nearly 20 days and this cyclone has only affected these ###. Incapable of running a company and providing services to the CUSTOMERs this company has not been able to fix a fibre issue for more than 20 days.
                Charging full money in advance with such a pathetic service, these are big time thieves and liars who have eaten the CUSTOMER's money and sitting on it for the longest time, they don't even provide a refund not solve the problem.
                I would not at all recommend the services of this company as the Wi-Fi connection stays disconnected for 3-4 weeks at a stretch. it's already been 3 weeks and they have not been able to resolve the issue I have been calling them every second day to make sure the connection and they have been always promising to repair the connection in another 2-3 days and other 3 weeks.
                The CUSTOMER care staff has been taught to 3 lines to say to the CUSTOMER repeatedly. Neither are they able to resolve the issue nor do they share the contact details of their manager nor of the owners. they just leave you helpless after you have paid the full amount of the membership. They just sit on the CUSTOMER's money without providing service to them and torturing continuously with the disconnected Wi-Fi and the CUSTOMER has to keep calling them to get it fixed.

                  It has been 3 days since our service has been out. To get it fixed we have been trying to connect to the customer service but no one's picking our calls. Finally when we get in touch, we are treated with no utter respect. On demanding that we need our service back, we are responded by a very rude response from your side and on top of that are threatened that our internet won't be available to us for which we are paying. Further, we are abused by the call taker. He abused my father and family and i am taking this matter very seriously.
                  If action is not taken as soon as possible, we will be going to the court.

                    I have upgrade my plan from 40 mbps to 60 mbps at time of renewal, somehow my speed reduced to 35 mbps having same wifi router, the person whom i purchased the plan name - nileshbhai kalal, said that in your wifi router the full 60 mbps speed will come at time of complain the techanichan told that your router does not support this speed for that you need to purchase another router. This conclude that nileshbhai kalal has done fraud with customer. Hence after calling the customer support also does not answer properly . This is not the proper service, i would say that worst service given from vision smartlink. I want my money full refund and compensation for wasting my time for them .

                      I booked DAIKIN A.C Model No FTKL50TV16VF from KHOSLA ELECTRONICS Pvt.Ltd. Selimpur branch on3rd April '21but quite astonishingly they delivered another old model no ATKL50TV16VC without my consent keeping me in the dark. I ask Mr.Mrinmoy Saha sales person and demand the company either supply me the booked model or return my booking amout immediately.

                        I am using vision since last 5-6 year but i am facing so much issue since last 8 months, every time representatives comes check and go after few hrs getting same problem,
                        I didn’t renew my connection after expire so getting so much call, one of main person from company ensured me i will not get problems further and i did recharge, but still issue is same, and now this main person not picking up my calls not even replying, such very bad company and customer service, i am lucky, to test i did recharge for only 1 month and not loos my money for year.
                        Very excellent service to old customers.

                          The undersigned had used the broadband services of Vision Smartlink Networking Pvt Ltd for more than 2 years. However, post the lock-down, the undersigned observed frequent disruption (23+ complaints from 20/04/2020 till 12/03/2021) in services resulting in abnormal increase in downtime of broadband services. Even after repeated requests, there was no improvement in the services.

                          With frequent disruption in services resulting in challenges for me, my spouse in our office work and my son in his online classes, I decided to go for termination of services and wrote an email on 12/03/2021 for terminating the broadband services and process the refund after adjusting for the time period during which broadband services were utilized. However, they responded by saying that the complaint is given top priority and they are trying to resolve the issues.

                          The undersigned did not find any improvement in services for all the past few months and hence was not interested in continuing their broadband services and hence told them to go ahead with termination.

                          The company wrote that there is "no refund policy" and hence they cannot process the refund. The undersigned made it very clear to them that the "no refund policy" is not communicated in writing. In fact, I told them that I did not even get receipt for the online payment of 7434/- done on 30/01/2021 towards renewal of services for a period of 1 year + 4 months bonus starting 04/02/2021. Moreover, the decision to terminate the services is taken due to frequent disruption in services and therefore "no refund policy" is not applicable in this case. Also, since receipt for online payment of 7434/- is also received making their claim of "no refund policy" null & void.

                          The undersigned wrote multiple reminders to the company for processing the refund but the same is not yet done. Moreover, the company communicated that they are not processing refund as per "no refund policy".

                          I am herewith attaching the entire email communication done with the company. It has details of all the complaints made by me between 20/04/2020 to 13/02/2021.

                          The desirable resolution is a request for refund amounting to 6680/- after deducting charges of 754/- for the period 04/02/2021 to 13/02/2021.

                          Vision Smartlink decided not to issue refund without answering any of the queries i.e. 1) No document given to me mentioning that the plans are non-refundable 2) No receipt was given for renewal payment made on 30/01/2021 via net banking. 3) I decided to terminate the services due to frequent disruption which resulted in 23+ complaints in 10 1/2 months. Moreover, no improvement in services even after 23+ complaints.

                          All the above means that they have to justify non-issuance of refund or issue the refund as mentioned in the complaint.

                                  Your customer support team is very bed they cut the calls on running talk and you are not best provider because you don't have backend team and no provide service in 24 hr. It's always giving in 7 to 8 days and their is no refunds police and management is so bed sales team is also fake when ever they come for make us customer they say "we are providing you a best service, ek bhi din internet bandh nai hoga" fir hafta hafta kat lete hai

                                      I've been using your broadband service from the past 3 / 4 years. Having user id "kishor92".But now I am very disappointed with your service. I have to complain to you twice in a month everytime and it is not a convenient way. So either i will buy a new connection from another well known company or you will change your habit of this and will provide better service in future.It is worst experience in this year for internet service and customer support service you had provided. I always refer in my friend circle to buy a connection from VISION SMARTLINK. But now i think all are suffering because of me as i suggest...
                                      Kindly give in written that, "Now onwards you will provide better service or else i can get my package refund any time if i'm not satisfied with your service."
                                      Hope you will provide better quality and service.No one is free for complaining twice - thrice in a month.In the past couple of months I raised complaints (having ticket no: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) and some of them are unsolved and some are solved within a week or in a long time.Instead of enjoying service from you I'm suffering.In a month half of the time your service is not available.

                                        Everyday facing a network connectivity error as "no internet" access and low speed after resolving the issue. As per the current plan, there is less speed of internet available after upgradation. From 2 days there is no internet availability at my place
