Vision Smartlink Networking Pvt. Ltd. — Still not get any update about shifting

I have submit request about shifting my location on 4th March. I have told that it require 5-7 days. And told that it will be done by today. But still there is no update and customer care number is not answering.
Please help it is urgent for me.
