Vision Star — defective product delivered and refused to refund.

Ordered nokia 6.1 plus mobile on 29th december 2019 and received the order on 31st december 2019 evening. The product was defective. It had some color variations at the bottom right corner of the display (Liquid damage confirmed by the so-called technician). When i raised a replacement request on the 1st of january 2020 morning, they took 6 whole working days to get back and rejected my replacement request as the stock was not available. They raised a refund request and arranged a technician visit. The technician did visit on the same day. He just had a look at the phone front and back and took a couple of photos, said it was liquid damage and assured to update the same. But to my surprise, they rejected my return request stating the issue has been resolved and the customer is happy with the resolution. After this, i raised a refund request twice and both the times the request was rejected. When i inquired, they said the damage is caused by the customer.
