My father has got 3, 00, 000 (3.5 Rs interest per month) loan from Vistaar on 2016. we could not able to continue the loan due to over interest, so we had paid the outstanding 2, 45, 000 rs on 2017 March. That time Mr. Mathan (Deputy manager) told we could not suddenly complete your loan and need some more days for complete the same. But still he did not closed the loan and he did not given the proper documents. but he given certificate of ecumbrance on propertty. But still he did not hand overed our home importance documents. still loan live.so request you to take necassry action and give the proper solutions.
