Was it is a secured company to work... Here the employees were treated like a dog... Mostly from the south region... R u hiring a right people to drive your work?? No one was working just doing some con calls and not allowing the employees to work... Whom should we need to report?? Especially state head from the south zone was not fit for this job.. Have u seen the performance done by him?? He was not giving any free space to work... Driving team in a wrong mannerisms... We know there will be target and work pressure but simply just attending the con calls can make any payments from customer?? Nt allowing team for field visits... Is this a way you are treating your employees?? Just give some space to do the work... So that employees can work in their way to make the payment... Dnt hire people with less knowledge about job structure and employees... Hire some valuable person to handle the process... Or atleast national head should take responsibility...
