Vistaar Financial Services Pvt Ltd — regarding loan closer and property release

I have taken a loan of rs.7lakhs @20% from vistaar financial services pvt ltd and repaid via cheque on 10th may 2019 almost 3 month ago. Even after so many follow ups didn't got any proper answer and the cbm of that baroda branch mr. Samir patel is abusing me and also saying that we are not your servant and when we will free your property will be released.
No higher authority is also replying so in the end i have to come to consumer complaint.
