Vistaclothes — fraud company/fraud online shopping website india

I placed an prepaid order on 11th April 2019 as I saw many promotional advertisements on Facebook and Instagram. but I have not received any status of order till now i.e. 16th April 2019 even after the payment was done online of Rs 490. even no email have received from vistaclothes.com website
Only received SMS including this Email ID:[protected]@gmail.com & Mobile No is [protected]. but when we dialed this no then getting voice No is unavailable.

Email Only Received from this company name 'SHRI HARI REAL ESTATE' after deducted the amount from our bank account.

This seems to be a fraud website I have ordered some clothes and there is no status of my order... How do I cancel the order or get my money back. Please take action against this company & also on which company getting amount from our end 'SHRI HARI REAL ESTATE'
