Vistaclothes — orders not delivered

I ordered a gown worth 520rs from https://vistaclothes.com/ website and payment done through razorpay gateway. But order status still showing processing. I called to the customer care number, it always switch off. I was mailed to [protected]@gmail.com 6 days ago. But no reply from them. It is 100% fraud website. Please help me to get refund money.
