I placed an order on 27th march 2019 as i saw many promotional advertisements on facebook and instagram. I have not received any order till now i. E. 15th april 2019 even after the payment was done online of rs 1098. The order on the website is still coming as "processing". There is no reply on the email id provided or on the facebook page. Moreover the phone number which was provided to contact the company is coming switched off from the past three days. It's a big scam. Today i saw several posts on facebook page of the company, which got removed in half an hour. The posts keep coming and keep getting deleted. It's a deliberate case of deceit. Post this, I did not receive any kind of communication regarding this.
I had called them once and they told they will ship the order within 1 week. But clearly that did not happen.
I e-mailed them a couple of times and once I got back a reply that I will be getting the order in a day or two.
Its been almost 2 weeks since then and I have not yet heard back from them.
I see now that their website is also shut down.
