Vistaclothes.com — product not delivered (fraud from online) | |||
I have ordered saundra orange designer saree from website vistaclothes.com on dt 4/4/19 by prepaid amount of rs.499. They sent me sms for my order no.# 20794. Also they contacted me for order confirmation call that they will deliver my item to me before 15 apr.19. But still there is no courier details of my ordered item mailed or mentioned in website my account. Their contact no. [protected] not connecting due to switched off condition. So i have tried to contacted them by email. ([protected]@gmail.com) but no response. Now website has been closed. It is a fraud be aware. Please anyone try to help me to refund my money back. Its been 20 days, i haven't received my order. Website isn't opening. Please help me refund. I ordered a dress for 610 rupees. How do i file my refund. It was successful payment to shri hari real estate

I ordered three sets of clothes worth Rs. 1200 on 9th April, 2019 and paid the full amount online as there was no COD option available. Now on checking I find that their website is unreachable and no one to contact. I contacted razorpay thru which online payment was done, they too are silent on my inquiry.
