I ordered clothes from www.vistaclothes.com through their facebook page. After waiting for 1 month, i emailed them about my order - but there was no reply. After that, i called the helpline number they provided - no response. Now, the facebook page they had created is gone - it only shows error message. Many others have the same complaint about this company....

I have ordered saundra orange designer saree from website vistaclothes.com on dt 4/4/19 by prepaid amount of rs.499. They sent me sms for my order no.# 20794.
Also they contacted me for order confirmation call that they will deliver my item to me before 15 apr.19. But still there is no courier details of my ordered item mailed or mentioned in website my account. Their contact no. [protected] not connecting due to switched off condition....

I ordered a saree from vistaclothes.com on 15th april worth rs 500 and the saree never reached me. I paid online and i'm so disappointed now. My order number is 29648. Please help catching these fraud people and refunding the money. It's very pathetic to see how frauds take advantage of people so openly. I hope this complaint is read and some action is taken....

I got a advertisement on fb with nice products with low price and places orders with instant payment because there were no option for cod. Order numbers are #23425 and #23735.

After confirmation of payment, i got a call from company that i will get order in next 15 days (15th april 2019) but still waiting for this. I tried to reach website but it is not reachable and all contact numbers are also not reachable....

I had ordered 2 tops from this website on 29th of march 2019, the website promised delivery by 12-13th of april, however the order status just shows "processing" and has not been shipped at all. The provided customer contact number responds switched off and no one replies to the emails. This is a fraud website and must be immediately suspended from further business and forced to refund the payment amount....

I've placed an order # 15127 on march 30, 2019. I got a call that my order will be delivered on april 14, 2019. I haven't received the order, not able to sign in to account and also phone number out of reach. Payment was done through freecharge and when complained to them to investigate they simply ask me to contact them.

Freecharge is also not concerned about fraud and they are only caring for clients....

Advertisements of this company is running in facebook. This shows very cheap garments and of food quality. They have no cash in delivery option, so i paid the amount.
It has been more tha 15 days, and i have not received any details of my shipment.
They have just one email id in the name of support centre.
They reverted just once to my email, saying shipment will be delivered on or before 15th april'19.

I have purchased 2 lehanga amount 1209 on 3april 2019 and 2 saree amounts of 996 on 7 April 2019 from vistaclothes and made payment using net banking and i got an order confirmation call also they told me to delivered products before 15 April but there is no any product tracking details neither any SMS nor email.My purchased amount was approax 2200. Hi all,
I had ordered a dress worth rs 405 from vistaclothes. Firstly, i was in a bit of doubt about the price as it was at a really cheap rate. Second thing which i noticed was there is no cod option. You have to pay by card or netbanking only. Thirdly, at th time of checkout when we get otp, the payment is asked to be made in favor of shri hari real estate which i actually realised later after the payment was made.
