Visufin — unknown loan in my cibil report

There is un known loan in my account with 7000rs of visufin and its showing status as closed
But the problem is there is an enquiry report on this same financial agent of 3laks.. There is another fincial agent named ghalla. I dont know these financial gents.. And i never applied for those loans. I wnt to know why this happening. And how can i restrict these kind of fraud agent getting in to my cibil report. Kindly help me sir. Please replay me in my mails..
