Hi,
I registered and verified my mobile number through OTP on eddts.vtu.ac.in on 21.11.2022 to get my Official Transcript. I was supposed to receive my login password through SMS, after verification of the document. It's been 16 days since then, but I didn't receive any password on the mobile number. I tried to reach out to the concerned department's contact number and email but didn't hear back from them. I urgently require my Official Transcript to submit and proceed with my admission application.
I kindly request you to look into it.

      I have made the payment for Pdc certificate Through debit card and the amount has been deducted, but the payment history is displaying as failure.

I need PDC Immediately because I wanted to complete the BGC(Background Check) verification process within next weekend to join the Company, if i cannot upload PDC for verification my offer will be rejected, i dont want to lose this opportunity .

                    I recently registered on eddts.vtu.ac.in to get my provisional degree certificate but i didn't receive any OTP on my Canada mobile number to verify my sign up. I tried to reach out the concerned department contact number and email but didn't hear back from them. I urgently require my PDC to submit and proceed with my job application.                       Hi, I have registered my self in EDDTS website and i have not received OTP.

                      There is no Option to request for a OTP again and most of the times website is down.

                      I Visited in person as well to VTU Bangalore and they have suggested to apply online.

                      Please help we to receive OTP either to my mobile or email .

                                  I have already filed a complaint about not being able to login to eddts portal, and still no action has been taken by vtu. Nor do you pickup when we call on helpline numbers. Is this really how a university works?!!
                                  I need my pdc ASAP!! Plz go through my previous complaint and get back to me and resolve my issue. You cannot make your students wait this longer!!
                                  Or I would be glad to write a letter to PMO about your services!

                                    I have applied for genuity certificate to get a job in Dubai. The Indian consulate said to contact university to know the status of the process.
