        Hi,
        I just registered on eddts.vtu.ac. to get my official transcripts, but I didn't receive any OTP on my mobile number to verify my sign-up. I tried to sign up again, but it shows I have already registered. I urgently need my transcripts to apply for higher education as my deadlines are approaching.
        Kindly request you look into it and please resend the OTP as soon as possible.

                    Hi,
                    I registered and verified my mobile number through OTP on eddts.vtu.ac.in on 21.11.2022 to get my Official Transcript. I was supposed to receive my login password through SMS, after verification of the document. It's been 16 days since then, but I didn't receive any password on the mobile number. I tried to reach out to the concerned department's contact number and email but didn't hear back from them. I urgently require my Official Transcript to submit and proceed with my admission application.
                    I kindly request you to look into it.

                                        Hi, I have registered my self in EDDTS website and i have not received OTP.

                                        There is no Option to request for a OTP again and most of the times website is down.

                                        I Visited in person as well to VTU Bangalore and they have suggested to apply online.

                                        Please help we to receive OTP either to my mobile or email .
