I recently registered on eddts.vtu.ac.in to get my provisional degree certificate but i didn't receive any OTP on my mobile number to verify my sign up. I tried to reach out the concerned department contact number and email but didn't hear back from them. I urgently require my PDC to submit and proceed with my job application.

I have registered in eddts web portal. It's been 3 months i didn't received the otp, I have contacted all the helpline numbers. No one responded till now. And the mail id is also not working. What's the problem, how can a student contact the vtu?

I have made an attempt to sign up for eDDTS with my USN but looks like I have linked wrong Phone number so i didn't get any OTP for verification. Please reset or remove account so that I can signup newly.

My registration number is 1CR14CV054. I belong to the[protected] batch of Civil Engineering.
I have applied for Transcripts through the EDDTS link of the VTU Website for WES Evaluation on the 18th of October. But I have not received the OTP required for the registration.
The same had been conveyed to the customer care on the 19th but the issue is yet to be resolved....
