The official VTU website is down and hence unable to apply for transcripts. Kindly get it up and running as there is a lot of dependency for the immigration purposes.

There is no Option to request for a OTP again and most of the times website is down.

I Visited in person as well to VTU Bangalore and they have suggested to apply online.
