Hello,
This is to bring to your notice that I have registered to EDDTS portal using my personal mobile number, in order to continue with the portal, should send me a OTP even though my mobile number is correct I have not received the OTP and I'm not able to verify my mobile number.

    EDDTS OTP not received and hence not able to login

    I registered for the eddts portal but didn't get OTP to verify my phone number.
    So that I'm unable to access eddts portal to apply for provisional degree certificate. Its really urgent and a quick solution would be highly appreciated.
    I want you to resend the OTP or user details through SMS or e-mail.

    I registered to eddts.vtu.ac.in today, and put my uncle's mobile number for the verification. However, the OTP I received was not accepted and now I am stuck. I tried to re-register using one of my friend's phone number but it says I am already registered.
    Please help me resolve this issue.
    I am in Nepal and need to apply for the document as soon as possible.
    I have emailed to [protected]@vtu.ac.in as well.
    If its possible, can you send me OTP through email?

    Updated by enjina     I got response from VTU but they provided me with someone else details. I could not proceed further to request my documents.

        Hi, I have registered my self in EDDTS website and i have not received OTP.

        There is no Option to request for a OTP again and most of the times website is down.

        I Visited in person as well to VTU Bangalore and they have suggested to apply online.

        Please help we to receive OTP either to my mobile or email .

          Its showing account already registered. I stay in USA i cant receive OTP. Pls mail me.

                M living in US and trying to get a consolidated statement of marks for my M.Tech degree.                   Did not receive EDDTS OTP

                  Hello
                  This is to bring to your notice that I have registered to RDDTS portal using my personal mobile number, in order to continue the portal should send me a OTP even though my mobile number is correct I have not received the OTP and I'm not able to verify my mobile number.

                    I made an online payment of Rs 2300 via to get my transcript for WES evaluation from vtu.
                    The transaction was successful and my money got deducted from my account but I did not receive the payment receipt from vtu.
                    Kindly resolve my issue and get my money refunded.

                        I am trying to request for transcript for WES evaluation through the EDDTS website: https://eddts.vtu.ac.in. Being the only way to request for the same, I am stuck as my admissions to the foreign university is dependent on transcript to be sent by VTU.

                        The website is down for a few days, and I am unable to submit a request. I am trying to refresh the page every hour but it's no good. Even if it is miraculously up, it goes down again in a few seconds, which is not enough to submit details and make payment.

                        This is an extreme inconvenience for me and many other aspiring students, as this can cost us our admissions.

                            While registering the eDDTS portal first time mistakenly I entered wrong mobile number and now I am unable to receive OTP.

                            Could you please guide me how to change the mobile number on eddts portal?

                                  I entered an wrong Phone no. with while signing up for the eDDTS profile. hence i did not receive the OTP and I am not able to log in or verify my OTP. Now, neither I can create a new profile nor receive the OTP.
