I am living abroad, thus I entered an Indian Phone no. with roaming while signing up for the eDDTS profile. I did not receive the OTP and hence I am not able to log in or verify my OTP. Now, neither I can create a new profile nor receive the OTP. When I called one ur customer care, they informed me to send a email, which I did, but I haven't received any reply or responses yet
It is very urgent for me to apply for migration certificate
