I had sent my PDC application letter through speed post more than a month ago. It was received at VTU office on 23/05/2022 13:27:48 through speed post

I have not received my PDC yet and I am unable to track the status of my application anywhere.
I did not get my EDDTS portal password also.

      Hi team,

      I wish to get the transcripts for my degree and I have followed the process to register myself in eDDTS. I've not received the password even after completing the process and providing a valid pan card scan as proof. Please treat this as a priority and provide me the password so that I can proceed further. I'm not getting any support email for VTU.

      Hi Ajay,

      Glad to know the issue is resolved. however, I am facing a similar issue and is there anything else we can do apart from rising a complaint in this forum. Thanks..

          I accidentally deleted the OTP for the EDDTS portal and I am unable to retrieve it. I did not receive the password either.

              Dear Team
              I am living in UK, thus I entered my Indian Phone no. while signing up for the eDDTS profile. I did not receive the OTP and hence I am not able to log in or verify my OTP. It would be great if there was an option to send OTP in the email as well. Now, neither I can create a new profile nor receive the OTP.
              It is very urgent for me to do the VISA application

                EDDTS Profile Rectification-2JI15CV419

                Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                I made up account on EDDTS portal, got OTP quickly, within 24 hours I got the password also.

                But, I have accidently uploaded my profile picture on my signature tab, and now I cannot change my profile and remove and change the JPG image on my own.

                Can you please look into this?...

                    I have submitted for PDC(application ID - VTU2128314) request 5 days ago and I have not received the soft copy yet. IT is very urgent and I have been trying to contact VTU via email ([protected]@vtu.ac.in) and their phone number ([protected]). I have tried to call almost 50 times in the last one week and no picks the call. When i try another number shared on their website ([protected]), the lady picking the call just recites to call on ([protected]) without listening to the caller.

                      Hello Sir/Ma'am,

                      I have registered to EDDTS portal using my USN and also got OTP verified and uploaded the documents, but I did not receive any password confirmation. I have been contacting VTU for the last 1.3 week over email & phone but in vain.

                      I need to complete my verification so that WES can process my evaluation which has been kept on hold for 4 weeks because of the delay from the VTU's side. Please send me the password for EDDTS Portal so that I can proceed.

                            Password for EDDTS portal sign in not received yet.

                            I received the OTP but not the login password for my USN (4CB16EC030)
                            I have sumitted a valid proof.
                            Please help me resolve this issue I need to submit an application to a University for my higher education.

                                    The VTU website now allows students to get medium of instruction certificate from their official website through https://eddts.vtu.ac.in/
                                    But unfortunately the link does not open in any browser.

                                    I have attached screenshots for your reference.
                                    Kindly resolve this ASAP.
