I have applied for pdc through edgs portal everything is completed now the portal is closed i didnt get my pdc but payment is done

The misinformation in VTU website and sudden changes in the process has led to double payment for same request from my end. I have approached them multiple times through email and phone but there has been no response from their side.

As per the instructions given at the website https://vtu.ac.in/en/vtuwes/, I had requested for the transcript to be posted to WES through email and made the payment through SBI link. But the mail got reverted.
After calling multiple times they informed that I had to create another request in https://eddts.vtu.ac.in/apply_doc.

Unexpectedly there was no option to provide receipt of payment made earlier through SBI link.
I had to do the payment again at this point through UPI/netbanking to ensure my application is submitted which means I had to make payment twice for the same request,
I have spoken to multiple staff from VTU but nobody could resolve the issue.

I am really disappointed with the approach VTU is following for a simple process. Our concerns are not being heard through mail or phone and approaching VTU for our documents has been extremely stressful. I hope at least they return the money I lost due to their fault.

I had applied for the official transcript on February 28 on their official website. The payment status shows successful, but im not able to do the final submission as it shows "pay fees first". I called the university office number several times for the past two days and also mailed them, but I haven't got any response from them.
Please do solve the issue.

I have registered for eDDTS portal for PDC, My mobile number is verified but didn't recieve credentials through SMS. It's urgent for me.

I have applied for Transcript and Medium of Instruction certificate a week ago. They are not Processing it yet.
I tried calling VTU EDDTS asking for status, they are not responding properly.
I tried calling VTU Grievance as well, they are very rude and disconnecting the call.
Please help me with this.

I registered for the eddts portal but didn't get OTP to verify my phone number.
So that I'm unable to access eddts portal to apply transcripts. It is so urgent for me to get transcripts as US university admission is on hold.
I want you o resend the OTP or user details through SMS or e-mail.

Got a pop-up saying Payment successful and received Payment confirmation mail as well, but in the website it is still showing, "You have not paid fees, Pay fees first".

I have contacted the number provided in the website for queries[protected], they asked to wait for 3 hours but no luck, its almost 27 hours but there...

Made payment as well, but i dont see request submission is happening even after payment made .

Can this be looked into as payment shows successful from gateway but from application it says make the payment .

Through https://eddts.vtu.ac.in/ i had applied for transcript as per the process, But the service of the application of eddts is very problematic even on successful payment of the fee, i dont see the transaction proceeding any further

Even the worst part is the escalation team's response (eddts email and phone support), they providing vague reasons like wait for 3 hours and again after 3 hours asking to wait till 24 hours . and this is happening from many days .

@VTU : please look into these kind of issue where students are put into chaotic situation with out proper information . Please look into issue and stabilise the application before making it live .

I had applied for Original transcript and Medium of Instruction certificate on online portal. Request has been processed and verified for both certificates but when I download can see that both the certificate are one and the same.

Can you please check and upload Medium and instruction certificate again.

I had applied for PDC in October 2021 through online mode but i haven't yet received my PDC where as it only take a week or so for it and when called to vtu there is no response and even when they receive the call the response is extremely carelessly done. I urgently need my PDC.

Hi - As per the latest circular on submitting the documents for WES evaluation, I have been trying to access the mentioned link and unable to connect. The error message reads ' This site cant be reached'. I am trying to access from Canada. Please advice on how do I proceed as I have already made the required payments for the WES evaluation and VTU transcripts. I have also reached out to VTU on [protected]@vtu.ac.in but haven't received any response...

I have applied for my provisional degree certificate through eddts online portal. I have applied for the document twice and paid the required fee of Rs.450 twice. I have got the confirmation e-mail from vtu for the payments. When I clicked on the final submission, it says that I have not paid the fees and redirects me to pay the fees of Rs. 450 again.
I have written several emails to [protected]@vtu.ac.in with all the transaction details which always goes ignored. They do not pick up any calls. I have also emailed [protected]@vtu.ac.in regarding this issue and all they say is it's not their responsibility.
Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible because the company will cancel the job offer if I fail to provide the provisional degree certificate. My USN is 4MW17ME031.

I paid 1400 rs for 4 official transcript in sbi in vtu.ac.in, then I got to know that the process has been changed and we should apply through EDDTS, so I applied through EDDTS and now it's again asking for 1450 rs for 4 transcripts including postal charges, so how can I get back 1400 rs I already paid or how to utilize that amount
