I had applied for VTU transcripts on 5th JULY 2023 and its almost been more than a month and I haven't received the transcripts. I had already paid the fees and also gave the necessary information on https://eddts.vtu.ac.in/ . Whenever I call the examination section helpline numbers [[protected]/2498136/2498156/2498147] to know the status, of my transcripts, nobody receives the call it's always shows busy message 24x7 or nobody...

I submitted my application for 3 copies of OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS from VTU's eDDTS website.

It has been 3 months post payment and I have not received any kind of response from VTU.
I even left several mails requesting for the documents and the status of them. No response has been provided from VTU's end.
The only thing I get is VTU's automated response and nothing else.
And their Telephone support sucks, nobody even bothers to receive the call

I tried registering on the EDDTS portal but I didn't receive an OTP number. I tried to register again and wanted to change the mobile number but now the site says the University Seat Number (USN) is already registered. I can't login as I haven't received the OTP or Password. Can you please help ?

Hi Team,

I registered through Vtu EDDTS portal ( eddts.vtu.ac.in/verify_otp.php) using my USN, Mobile number and mail id, I got a popup saying OTP has been sent to my registered number, and I have to verify it against my number to sign in and get Password from VTU, I neither received OTP to verify nor the password further. I'm unable to access the portal due to this.

I am writing to bring to your attention a problem I am facing while trying to access the VTU EDDTS portal (eddts.vtu.ac.in/verify_otp.php). I recently registered on the portal using my USN, mobile number, and email ID as per the registration process. However, I encountered some difficulties during the registration and verification process, and I am now unable to access the portal.

Upon registering, I received a notification stating that an OTP (One-Time Password) had been sent to my registered mobile number for verification purposes. However, despite waiting for a considerable amount of time, I did not receive the OTP to verify my account. As a result, I am unable to proceed with the registration process and obtain my password from VTU.

Could you please look into this matter and help me with the following:

Verify my registered mobile number and ensure that the OTP is delivered promptly.
Provide me with the necessary instructions to complete the verification process successfully.
If possible, issue me a new OTP or an alternative method to verify my account and access the EDDTS portal.

My USN is 1BI09IS046 & I was trying to Sign up to EDDTS website with a US mobile no. which looks like isn't supported since I got error "Incorrect mobile no."

Now when I try to Sign up with an Indian mobile no., I get an error saying "USN is already registered". So I'm stuck trying to receive an OTP on my US number and I don't see an option of changing the registered mobile no.

I need urgent help with this.

I had raised an application (ID - VTU2322133 ) to send my official transcript.
Applied for official Transcript but till now not yet received it is there is no update of processing at eddts.vtu.ac.in the website. and the status is under payment successfull, document has not been process yet. not even soft copy received.
please help as soon as possible.

Hi, This is Feenah Hakeem, currently passed out batch 2023 from P.A College of Engineering bearing USN 4PA19BT010. I am not able to edit information in ‘Profile’ as i have entered a wrong mobile number.. i am not able to edit the mobile number after uploading the photo and signature.. i wanted to change my mobile number as it is incorrect.. please find a solution for this as i have to apply for the documents ASAP for job purposes!!! PLEASE RESPOND ASAP WITH A SOLUTION...PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!!!

Please help me fix this issue as i wanted my provisional certificate asap for job purposes! Please provide a password to sign in or help me fix the issue with forget password. Dear Sir/Madam, my self Viraj Patel, USN: 1AZ14MCA03, email: [protected]@gmail.com. I have submitted my WES application on EDDTS portal on july 01, 2023. Everything is up to date on EDDTS portal. All the necessary information added. Academic Records Requests Form along with my all marks card and degree attached while submitted WES request. As of today, still my application status shows in progress. I have been calling or emailing to vtu since last 7 days and no one is responding. As of today, still my application status is in progress. I have been trying to contact EDDTS through phone and email, no one is responding to my emails or calls.
