      I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have been experiencing with the EDDTS application portal. I have been unable to open the downloadable transcript file from the portal.

      I have tried multiple times to download and open the file, but each attempt has been unsuccessful. When I tried to open the issue, it gave an error stating the format was wrong. I have attached the same for your reference. This issue has caused significant inconvenience, as I require this transcript for my academic and professional pursuits.

      I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue. If there are any additional steps I need to take or information I need to provide, please let me know.

              I had applied for transcripts and PDC from VTU on October 9. I have not received any communication from them although the payment status is successful and application is successfully submitted.
              Nobody answers the call when I dial the toll free number . The line is busy 24*7 . In the application portal it stills hows as processing. I have sent an email to vtu regarding the same, by did not receive any response from them .
              I need these documents for my higher education University admission. The process is getting delayed because of the documents
              Kindly help me get my documents as it is required urgently.

                      I had applied for university transcripts for WES on[protected]. Next day I receive a call stating that documents were not clear and had to be resubmitted.
                      I resubmitted the documents to [protected]@vtu.ac.in on[protected] .
                      I received a call on[protected] to resubmit the documents to [protected]@vtu.ac.in and I did the same. There was no response from VTU.
                      Today I receive a call again from VTU stating that I have not submitted the documents to [protected]@vtu.ac.in when I have already done it.
                      However that lady was in denial and asked me to resubmit the documents again and give a callback to VTU. I did as told and called VTU multiple times but there was no response.
                      Please do the needful immediately

                          I am currently is USA so did not get the OTP during eddts portal login, I can even change the number and do it again, so please send the OTP to my mail id, or please suggest a work around. I need to submit my degree cert to my university.

                              Hi there, I had provided a foreign number for registering EDDTS and would want to change that to an Indian number.
                              I submitted my application for transcripts and emailed the application details to [protected]@vtu.ac.in but did not hear from them. I am trying to register with EDDTS, but the foreign phone number prevents me from getting the OTP. Can you please let me know how to change the phone number to an Indian number or please approve the email I submitted for the transcripts?

                                My name is Priyanka Prem Kumar and I am a student of P.A.College of Engineering and Technology (Affiliated to VTU) of Batch 2005. I require my transcripts to be sent to a third-party evaluation to apply to foreign universities. I have registered for the EDDTS portal but did not get any OTP to verify my Indian number.

                                Due to this reason, I am unable to proceed further and apply in the eddts portal for the same. I need a speedy resolution and I would greatly appreciate if there is a swift response from your end.                                     I have applied for VTU transcripts on 16th August(application no. VTU2323580) and its been more than one month and my transcripts are not sent to WES. I have been following up with eddts through email and call but they are not responding. If they provide any tracking number, I can track that but no response from eddts. This is urgent and need your help.

                                      Its been almost 3 days since I have been registered on eDDTS in order to apply for Official Transcripts, but I have not yet received the login credentials SMS on my phone. Please consider this as a priority as it take additionally many weeks for the transcripts to be delivered.
