    I registered for the eddts portal but didn't get OTP to verify my phone number.

    Therefore I'm unable to access eddts portal to apply for provisional degree certificate. Its really urgent and a quick solution would be highly appreciated.

    Please to resend the OTP or user details through SMS or e-mail.

      Hi Team,
      I registered through Vtu EDDTS portal ( eddts.vtu.ac.in/verify_otp.php) using my USN, Mobile number and mail id, I got a popup saying OTP has been sent to my registered number, and I have to verify it against my number to sign in and get Password from VTU, I neither received OTP to verify nor the password further. I'm unable to access the portal due to this.
      Could you please help me get through this.

        Hi Team,

                      I registered https://eddts.vtu.ac.in/ with a wrong mobile number so i didn't recieved the otp, when i tried to register again it says user already registered and i am not able to login

                              Hi, I made a mistake with the number when I entered and unable to login as I didn't receive the OTP. The website (https://eddts.vtu.ac.in/) says Im registered when I put my USN thought I didnt finish the registration process yet. Im stuck. Please help me fix this

                              Could I am unable to change the mobile number as well as called the number if they received any otp and they said they hadn't. can you please reset the phone number or send the otp over the email like others.
