I want to apply for transcript certificate for WES, I tried to sign up to eddts.vtu.ac.in portal using below details unfortunately I didn't receive any otp to proceed further please guide me how to change registered mobile number or can you please resend otp to below registered number ([protected]). I am not able to reset my password using forget password please help me to reset my information.

    Good evening sir/madam
    I did my transaction and money get deducted from my bank account and i get mail that the transaction is successful but in the portal they are saying the transaction is failed and I'm unable to complete the transaction .it shows that I need to pay the fee 1st before going hit final submission Please solve the issue as soon as possible, because i paied 550₹ for PDC and money get deducted from my bank account and i have proof so please solve the issue because i paied fee yesterday night and I'm calling and writing mails but i didn't get any response from VTU so far .
    Same thing happened to my friend last time were she literally last 1500₹

      Hello sir, i have lost my OTP given to log into eddts portal which was sent to my mobile number ..and then i used my password which was used during exam application but still it is displayed that is incorrect password please help me with any other way of loggin into the portal sir i need to apply for my PDC VERY URGENT

            I have attempted for online payment of exam fees. This is for my daughter Pooja. Two times payment is failed. Third time it got success. Details are as below.

            First attempt

              Hi Team,

              I registered for EDDTS portal using my USN and Mobile number, I got a popup saying OTP has been sent to my registered number, and I have to verify it against my number to sign in and get Password from VTU, but I havn't received any OTP to verify. And am unable to access the portal due to this.
              Can you please help me get through this.

                                    I registered https://eddts.vtu.ac.in/ with a wrong mobile number so i didn't recieved the otp, when i tried to register again it says user already registered and i am not able to login
