I did not get the OTP, and im unable to register back in. Can you guys help me in resolving ?

I need help in getting password for the EDDTS portal. I already registered in portal and OTP was obtained (with your help), but the mobile number is not able to receive password as SMS, I need it in my registered email as soon as possible. I send an email directly to VTU which is not getting any response. I would truly appreciate any help in this matter.

I am a 2022-batch graduate from Impact School of Architecture, Bangalore, India under Visvesvaraya Technological University.

We have not yet received our degree certificates since our graduation ceremony. We were asked to directly apply without any college intervention through the VTU website for our certificates upon which the same was promised to be delivered to the given postal address, post the official graduation ceremony conducted by the university itself.

This graduation ceremony was conducted on 24th February 2023, Friday as per the notice issued by the university. As per the notice, it also states that "the certificate will be sent by post immediately after the convocation", which is not yet received to us as of 19th April 2023, Wednesday.

I kindly request you to help us attain our certificates. The delay has also caused us great inconvenience in our professional practice. Hoping to receive your prompt response on this matter.

I registered for EDDTS portal using my USN and Mobile number, I got a popup saying OTP has been sent to my registered number, and I have to verify it against my number to sign in and get Password from VTU, but I havn't received any OTP to verify. And am unable to access the portal due to this.
Can you please help me get through this.

Hi, I made a mistake with the number when I entered. I am unable to change the mobile number as well as called the number if they received any otp and they said they hadn't. can you please reset the phone number or send the otp over the email like others.

I am a student in college which is under VTU affiliation. And i have heard that after 1sem we are getting less than a week holiday. But what about the students who come from North to study? It takes us 2 days to go home and 2days to return so how are we supposed to enjoy a 3 Or less day holiday.
So please atleast give us 10 days holiday
This is not my personal complain every North student must be feeling same
So please resolve my problem.

I am Ajith H G with USN: 4GH11EC003, I signed up on the eddts portal using USN and for the mobile number verification step, I never received my OTP.
Now I am not able to login as it says that the mobile verification is not complete and there is no option to resend the OTP. Can you please resend the OTP or provide the login details, I need the Original transcript for WES evaluation to be sent ASAP....

I am Vishwanth VTU graduate. I was applying for transcript and Provisional degree certificate. After filling application and submitting, it showed Something went Wrong...! Please try Again by ReLogin. If its repeating same contact VTU Helpline [protected].
From more then a week i am contacting all the vtu helpline number they are not receiving the call....

I have forgotten my EDDTS password. The application doesn't have the option of resetting the password. Please help me with it

I am Amith N from Jawaharlal Nehru National College of Engineering. My USN is 4JN18EC009. I had an arrear of 8th sem which I wrote in the month of January and the result was announced on 12 February and I got that arrear exam cleared and applied for PDC and Transcript on 13th Feb 2023. It's been more than a month since I applied for the PDC and transcript, but unfortunately the transcript I received was only updated until 7th semester and I haven't received the PDC yet.
I even travelled all the way from SHIMOGA to BELAGAVI to enquire about this issue and they informed me that updated PDC and transcript will be provided within 15days. I got an email recently from EDDTS stating that my PDC will be issued from my college. I even enquired regarding this in my college and they said we need to contact VTU about this issue.Since, I am looking forward to doing my masters and the deadlines are very near. Please update the transcript and kindly provide the provisional certificate ASAP and do the needful.
