Visvesvaraya Technological University — EDDTS registered with invalid mobile number, not able to get otp

I am trying to sign up to the EDDTS portal and by mistake I entered wrong phone number and registered. So I am not receiving OTP please help me to fix this problem that how can I edit the phone number. I tried by again signing up with my usn but it saying already registered.
My USN : 4SM18EC017 . Please help as soon as possible since I am in need of the transcripts.

I have a similar issue as well, I had registered in vtu website to get my transcripts the phone number i provided during registration was my UK number so I didn't get otp on it later after registration. Now when I try to rectify that it is not allowing me.
i need urgent help in this regards as UK home office i awaiting my university transcript.

I recently registered on eddts.vtu.ac.in to get my provisional degree certificate but I didn't receive any OTP on my mobile number to verify my sign up. I tried to reach out the concerned department contact number and email but didn't hear back from them. I urgently require my PDC to submit and proceed with my job application.

I received my otp for eddts.vtu.ac.in today. After that VTU will verify my application and send me the password for login. But it's almost 6 hours but I have not received my password yet.

You can mail on this address with your usn number they will provide you the otp to verify and the mobile no you have added, they will also reset the account for you if you want.
