[Resolved]  Visvesvaraya Technological University — Failed to receive payment receipt after successful transaction

I made payment of 2400rs to vtu for PDC & OT, my payment was successful but i did not receive any payment receipt from vtu kindly help me with this. I have attached the UPI receipt.

I have made a payment of Rs.500 for the official transcript through UPI on September 22, 2021, at 2:42 pm. My transaction is successful but the VTU SBI collect status says failure. The amount has been deducted from my account. Kindly look into the matter and please confirm the transaction and update the status or kindly provide the refund.

I made an online payment of Rs 1750 via UPI transaction to get my provisional degree certificate, Transcript and medium of instruction from vtu.
The transaction was successful and my money got deducted from my account but I did not receive the payment receipt and its showing status as a failure.
Kindly resolve my issue and get my money refunded. I have attached the UPI transaction receipt below.

Hello

I have updated my profile successfully to get Convocation Certificate but I cannot able to make the payment Please help me out because It is told that today is the last date after long time now the site is not reachable, Please do extend the site access for a day at least its my humble request.
I was getting the( below attached image ) error where I have not done any payment and after which I waited for long time and now I am seeing that the site is not reachable.

The transaction was successful and my money got deducted from my account but I did not receive the marks card which we were not supposed to apply for, which was 450 rupees.
