Visvesvaraya Technological University — OTP not received due to us mobile number

This is Vidya Muthuramalingam. My USN number 4GW07TE017. I studied Bachelor of Engineering (Telecommunication Engineering)in GSSS Institute of Engineering and Technology for women, Mysore. Year 2007 to 2011. I registered my account in EDDTS portal. I used my US mobile number. Is there any way I can reset the number and change to Indian number and get my OTP for verification purpose. Please advice. Thanks.
