[Resolved]  Visvesvaraya Technological University — Payment successful but in the website still showing "You have not paid fees, Pay fees first".

I have applied for Transcripts and Medium certificate in https://eddts.vtu.ac.in/ website.
Got a pop-up saying Payment successful and received Payment confirmation mail as well, but in the website it is still showing, "You have not paid fees, Pay fees first".

I have contacted the number provided in the website for queries[protected], they asked to wait for 3 hours but no luck, so tried calling after 3 hours but no one is responding.
