[Resolved] Visvesvaraya Technological University — Payment successful, but still getting "You have not paid fees, Pay fees first" error in Final Submission tab.

I have applied for Transcripts and Medium certificate in https://eddts.vtu.ac.in/ website yesterday.
Got a pop-up saying Payment successful and received Payment confirmation mail as well, but in the website it is still showing, "You have not paid fees, Pay fees first".

I have contacted the number provided in the website for queries[protected], they asked to wait for 3 hours but no luck, its almost 27 hours but there is no track of payment details and they are not even responding properly.

Nothing has been smooth sailing with this university. Always has some issue with everything.

I am stuck in the same situation as well. I do not have any of the helplines or the email address to contact the EDDTS team regarding this payment issue. Could you please share that information?
