Hii sir/madam I have done payment of 400rs through UPI and I got confirmation mail as payment successful but in application status it shows that payment is pending. Hi,
i have applied for pdc on[protected], I have paid Rs.400 the amount got deducted in my account but in the payment status it is showing failed. Know I did not get the refund also. Please help I need to get my pdc as soon as possible
