[Resolved] Visvesvaraya Technological University — Transaction was successful from SBI UPI payment but failed from payment receiver end | |||
I tried applying for my official transcripts from VTU. During my payment procedure, I choose the UPI method since the sbi debit card option was not available at that moment. The QR code was shown for the payment on the website and I made the payment. But the payment page did not refresh and waited till the timeout occurred. When I checked the payment history it was showing transaction pending. Now it shows that the transaction has failed. Please help regarding this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
