I had applied for VTU transcripts on 5th JULY 2023 and its almost been more than a month and I haven't received the transcripts. I had already paid the fees and also gave the necessary information on https://eddts.vtu.ac.in/ . Whenever I call the examination section helpline numbers [[protected]/2498136/2498156/2498147] to know the status, of my transcripts, nobody receives the call it's always shows busy message 24x7 or nobody responds correctly. Also i have sent around 5-6 emails to enquire about same also gave my details in that mail but there is no response from VTU. Online it's still showing processing as shown in the attached photo.
So, I am finding it difficult as i need these transcripts for further education admission .It is very difficult and bad behavior of the VTU . Kindly help me get my transcripts quickly as I need them real urgent.

I am facing the same issue.
I applied 3 copies of transcripts on June 15th.
My Application status is stuck at the same place.
Please CONTACT me if you find any useful information for the same.
I tried mailing them 7-8 times now and haven't received any response.
