Dear Sir/Madam,

I graduated my MCA in 2002 VisvesvarayaTechnological University(VTU) Belgaum Karnataka.
Currently, i have been trying to get Medium of instruction as English certificate for my Visa processing by paying the required fees and necessary documents but no response from VTU.
I have been trying to contact my university for the last 2 weeks. I have tried contacting through email and phone but no response for my emails and calls not connecting.I am very upset.
Could you please help to get this issue resolved.
