Dear sir
I am your vivo customer and I am using vivo x60 pro. This month I got a software update notification on my phone, so I updated my phone. After I update A green line appeared on the screen[protected]. Immediately i visited vivo service center[protected], They said it was a software problem.They said that we will change the display, but there is no present stock and it will arrive in 15 days.
Today[protected] vivo care people called me. They say display stock is not available, they said our company will give you a replacement v25 pro for your phone, its price is 30k but i purchased my Vivo x60 pro for Rs 50000/-.
So give me a quick display replacement or give me the same mobile or give me x series mobile.
My whole family is use vivo phone from last 15 years and first time I got this problem.
