A large smartphone company like you guys are lacking a standard vivo community where we can get our problems solved or technical issues being fixed. Is this what you claim to be a smartphone company? Shame on you guys. It's really frustrating for people like me to see a solution of a problem and seek help from a stupid fellow who always waits to show up his hacks of making things done. Why it is like that? I can see vivo and oppo branding everywhere - in the bus stand, in buses, autorikshaws, over the flyovers, full of tv ads. Does sales matters to you allot? While neglecting the problems consumers faces? Not a single forum, no community. Only customer support? For money? Plz create a community where we users can post a problem and seek help.
