My phone battery was damaged from 83 days. I have visited the nearest service center, berhampore, murshidabad seven times in the last
Month but they are not resolving.
On 17/05/2020 goes to the first service center, they said now come after a week of lockdown, after a week they said come after three days, after three days they said come early in june, i went on the 2nd of june they said, your battery has been ordered, will receive on monday.
I went to last monday and did not get my job sheet number. They said come on wednesday let's fix the mobile, i went on wednesday, they said, the courier is coming you come on saturday, i again went saturday but results nothing. I insisted give the job sheet number, he / she said that the battery has come to ranaghat and you will get it after five days...
N. B: the service centre of berhampore, murshidabad has smoothly running from 17.05.2020
I am deeply humiliated, emotionally upset.
Why service center staff will not be punished?
What should i do, where should i complain, how should i repair my mobile???
Now how can i repair and use the mobile phone..
