[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — app crashing in recently bought vivo z1x

I recently bought vivo z1x 128 gb and the apps on it like photos app or gaana app crashes in between suddenly. So basically it suddenly stops the app and returns to the home page. Sometimes it happens in 5 mins of app usage and sometimes after 2 mins itself. I tried restarting but after that also it doesn't work. Request you to please help on this as it's really annoying and so not acceptable.

When multiple users are facing same issue please respond or provide resolution openly, so consumers facing the same issue will save time not questing the existing issue which Vivo is trying to cover up with out any official statement.
