[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — battery doesn't support even for 8 hours

I bought a vivo y69 mobile 2 days before and the battery backup is very worst in my new mobile, think it's a manufacturing defect. I called your customer support executive and he insisted me to update the software version to get rectified with the issue. I've done it but still it's worst i've started using the mobile often checking the battery percentage. Please help me in replacing or refund for the mobile. Thanks Pradeep. Vivo d brand is only looks good nothing else, so many politices, so many bad works of girls every sat night, mukul nath misbehave me, rumi deka nd some people so many metaly harasment i complain to the Chinese people but they also r same, why Chinese people stay in india they are nonsense, i want punish him, why they dont react,
