Vivo Mobile India — battery failure

Address:Head Post office Near Gandhi Circle. Vijayapura

It's not getting charged even though, kept for Charing since from 6 hours. Now I am unable to contact my parents in this India Lock down period. Hence it's requested to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
