[Resolved]  Vivo Mobile India — Cashback not received

I take new vivo v21 e phone on 15 october 2021 from kotak mahindra bank credit card with 3 month emi with offer of 2500 cashback.but after 90 days of fill complete emi cashback is not credited in my credit card.so please help me in this problem and give my cashback.
