Vivo y66 has been replaced by vivo y83 under the warranty period in allahabad, in replacement rs. 2500 has been charged as difference of above mentioned sets, but bill in this regard has not been given, beside this charger and head phone also not been given. Hence it is requested to please arrange the accessories of the same and bill of the difference amount for future compliance.
