Hi,
My vivo v3 phone got damaged in water, i approached vivo service center at aligarh dated 29.11.2017 along with bill/invoice of purchase (Bill enclosed with mail). (Bill clearly indicates date of purchase as 25.07.2016 along with imei nos)
Representative informed me that complete estimate regarding repair would be informed to you within 2-3 days after complete chekup of phone. No jobsheet was provided to me and receiving of handset was given at the back of my invoice/bill (Pice enclosed with this mail)
I recived call on 1.12.2017 at 10.11 am and i was informed that total repair cost would be rs 6500/-. They took my confirmation to proceed with repair work.
On 2.12.2017 i received call form service center at 10.09 am that your phone is ready please collect. Further i received call at 11:15 am and 3:07 pm to collect phone. I visited to service center around 3:30 pm.
I was handed fully repaired handset. I demanded for bill for repair works, representative informed me that if you want bill then you will have to pay rs 11245/-. On further arguments with representative regarding bill he told me that rs 6500/- is charge for pcb, your front screen is also damaged, front as well as rear camera was also damaged. Your handset is out of waranty.
My complain is that representative was ready to deliver fully repaired handset for rs 6500/-. Problem arises when i demanded bill for repair work and now saying that total repair cost would be 11245/-. Had he informed me that repair cost would be 11245 i would straight away rejected repair work and rather buy new phone.
Representative returned my phone without repair. I lodged my complain on customer care toll free no (Did not received any referance/ complain no)
Please help to resolve the issue.
