Hi,

My vivo v3 phone got damaged in water, i approached vivo service center at aligarh dated 29.11.2017 along with bill/invoice of purchase (Bill enclosed with mail). (Bill clearly indicates date of purchase as 25.07.2016 along with imei nos)

Representative informed me that complete estimate regarding repair would be informed to you within 2-3 days after complete chekup of phone. No jobsheet was provided to...

Hi my name navneet and i'm from solapur
I have purchased mobile v7+ launch date, after 15days my phone some hanging
Some problem in starting my contacts not showing in fast when i click contacts my contacts show in 30sec, when i go service center, service center person says it's new update coming take all backup data and give us will update, am given mobile at time not any backup given, 30-oct 2017 service center person given my handset in 45minit i waiting in service center, again same problem and this time full mobile not working properly, and all mobile stuck, when any call comes it's ringtone show some stuck sound, and my god morning (Vivo reprasentive feedback call come and will says my mobile problems given in 2days and today it's stuck and he hear sound when my vivo mobile call comes he will says go service center your issue is definitely sortout) and am going service center he says will update on software and check it issue it's solved or not. Why it's service it's bad when i says handset is problematic, and service center person says, will update check and give you tomorrow, i'm taken mobile 22000/- vivo high-end mobile and it's faulty, if my problem it's not solve will throw out in dustbin and say don't take vivo mobiles, when hardware problem comes service center only handset software update given and again, 1 month + any same problem comes service center trying same and coustmer harassing and he selling mobile any retailers in exchange in 50% less amount in purchasing 1month and loss money west of time call me if solve issue and please don't fool in people's same cheap quality products selling (My number [protected])

    Hi, i am using vivo y55l and recently i buy 16 gb external sd card to transfer/move big apps/games to free some space in internal storage, but there is no option to move apps to sd card or to choose default write disk or to convert external storage in internal storage (Adoptive storage).
    This is an important feature that is available in almost every other devices which you should enable to make customer experience even better.

    So,
    I request you to either enable adoptive storage feature or add move to sd card option soon.

      I bought this phone in lucknow for rs21500 from modern mobile gomti nagar, sales executive really played well and sold me this phone smartly without informing that it doesn't have full hd display, and music quality is not pleasant at all. Its been 15 days now and not satisfied with the device music quality maybe i was using iphone 5s previously but i didn't expect such worst sound, display and processor quality.

      Processor is snap dragon 450 but at this price, you can find better
      Display is not fully hd its 720p, however its hard to say that it's not high definition device
      Music is the worst part of this device, tried to get the refund but shopkeeper and service centre at sriram tower also denied to provide doa for the same.

      I have Vivo V5s... And the headphone jack is not working properly...earlier ut used to work... Later thr audio is coming from only one side of earphone...n not from both side.. I have tried other headphones too... They all are working in other devices but not in mine... What to do???

            Already we have some issues and slove this matter and you replace the phone

            I got replaced mobile vivo v5
            This moblie also same problem in auto lock automatically going with 15sec

            We set 30 sec, 1min, 2min, and 30 min also me check three days this prb is very irritating me

            We are in vivo family only we using vivo v1 v3 v5 v5s v5 plus v7 plus

            We are purchased when u release new model and immdately we go to show room and purchase

            3-4 yrs we are your customer u want continue with our relationships means u take a action

            I anlaynse all mobile atuo lock same
            But v5 is this problem

            What is the solution if this problem is continue means pls return our money

              I bought the vivo v5 mobile phone in march for 22k due to its so called music and camera feature, which is not that great. Within 7 months its display got cracked from inside from it own without even getting thrown or any scratch. I go to the customer care what they all said was you have to pay 6k for the display as its display is corrupted. I asked them to show me the a single scratch on the outside or elsewhere in the phone but all they said was we can't help in that you have to submit the amount. I just want to know if the phone is not damaged and the display screen is in great condition how can they say it that the display is an outside issue and also charging the money for the same... Even the vivo itself says that for internal display they won't charge anything.. For one year.. Still asking money from me... I don't think its a good thing. All they are doing is charging money from the consumer. Dissatisfied totally with the vivo company services. I don't think consumer should buy vivo phones. Failed to solve my query...

                Seeing the price range, the rear camera must have a bokeh mode and a night mode but it is not provided till now. So please let it available in any update. Every mobile these days is having that depth of field mode, so please enable it in any latest update. The front camera is very nice but coming to the rear, it doesmt have that depth of field mode.

                  Wrong information by camera clearity and i spend 22k.
                  Other 12k mobile phone better than vivo v7 plus.
                  Everyone comments in online portal review camera issue and vivo company charge base on camera, actually i was think camera is better so i purchase mobile and few days really under 12k mobile better camera clearity.
                  So please strictly action against vivo company.

                          I bought vivo v7 plus on 15 september for 22000 from surat. I was assured a gift with the phone which inspite of several calls and visits; i wasn't given any gift assured by the company from the sales shop. He instead offered me another gift which came along with (Vivo v5) in order to settle the dispute.

                          I am highly dissatisfied with the company's malpractices (Vivo india).

                            I am new to the vivo family.. Mobile is good. There is no complaint regarding mobile and its features.. I bought a mobile on[protected]. I dropped my mobile and my display got damaged. I accept there will not be any warranty claim for the physical damage.. I changed my display on[protected] in vivo authorized service center located in thanikachalam road t-nagar.. I paid rs.3295 for replacement.. My question is there is free service for 1 year i paid the net amount for the material.. But why i was charged for labor charge??

                            I signed in the agreement states there is 1 year of free service. I was supposed to pay only for the material.. What about the labor charges??

                            I paid rs 295 for labor cost inclusive gst..

                            I need clear explanation regarding this..
                            It is not about money. Its all about the trust.. Thank you..

                              Please do not buy this phone. There is a major bug in vivo v7 plus handset. Data deduction happens even when you are not connected to mobile data. There has been a reduction of around inr 180 in last 3 weeks even though the handset is using wifi and mobile data is switched off. I am not sure what they are going to do with it because the below website mentions in detail about the issue.

                                I bought my new phn last 20days ago but u people are lanuching a new colour of my phn i am happy for that. But we also paid same price but why u people are not offering screen replacement for all and only for particular colour this not a right way there is a extra 5%off on that but we dont bother about all but we also need the screen replacement we are also using the same mobile same price

                                    Hi, i bought a vivo v5s phone i am facing issue with my camera and what's app. First time service center provide me resulation they update my phone software. After 3 days days my phone automatically restore. I just ignored. Today the same thing happened. I ask the service center to check my phone. They update my software again. After i 1 hour the same thing happened my phone restored automatically. Now they said they want to change the motherboard of my phone. I have issue with software why they want to change hardware part. I don't want, they open my phone. I want to replace my phone under replacement policy.

                                      I bought your vivoy51l but now i think i made a biggest mistake ever battery draining in 3-4 hours even if idle night to morning 50% battery is wasted how?
